Comfortable beds and a really nice staff, specially Sreynet who was really helpful with all that we needed.

Location was not bad but with that hot temperatures in Siem Reap you need to keep in mind to use tuc tuc and save some cash for it, staff can help you to get a cheap one

Disappointing

Very bad light in the room and bathroom, no hangers in wardrobe, power sockets are so old that they could not hold adapters. We had to move a fridge to make it work, the sockets next to fridge did mot work at all… swimming pool is 3x smaller than on pictures. Very old and uncomfortable mattress.

The staff, the food, the room, the comfortable bed, even a good selection of wine were magnificent. When we wanted to stay at the hotel we were not disappointed. When we wanted to go out we could walk downtown in a few minutes. Perfect. If we are ever back in Siem Reap, we will certainly stay here again.

There were a few things that weren't perfectly maintained. The sink didn't drain properly and as they told us the fridge didn't work. We didn't care. But it was less than perfect.

It was clean and comfy

The sound of the pipe when u go shower, too much noise and the water flow is too strong. I don’t know how to lower it.

The staff and manager are some of the nicest people I've met. They are very accommodating and communicate well in person and on the Booking.com messenger app. The rooms come with a small fridge, drinking water, a tea kettle, instant coffee, and creamer. Bathrooms include drying racks, hand soap, shower gel, toothbrush, and toothpaste. There's a large shared balcony at the front facing the pool and a small balcony in the back to dry clothes. Breakfast is very simple but provides a decent start to the day. The breakfast included eggs to order, some breads/pastries, some fruit, rice, noodles, coffee, and juice.

There was an older TV, but it only had three local channels that were snowy. Coffee was pretty weak at breakfast. The instant coffee provided in the rooms was of better quality and tasted better. The breakfast buffet should be replenished more often. There were times when the fruit and warm items were nearly empty at busy times.

Good location, plenty of cars and motorbikes, friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, delicious food, and reasonable prices.

We booked 2 rooms, but 1 room had a bad smell, but the staff solved it immediately. Also, it is recommended to check each room properly to avoid this problem again. It is really important to spread the word to others about our country's location.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location is convenient, close to local attractions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Siem Reap!

I booked it because of the bathtub, but the bathtub was so big that it took ages to fill it up. Then the water wasn’t hot enough

The pool was great the food available to order poolside was ok. Staff were good wifi worked decent.

The room I booked was completely unhabitable. Mold everywhere, dirty smelt like mold. We couldn't stay so then we got sent to another room which was a downgrade because the one I booked were all full. The next day I went to change back to the room I had paid for and the next room was also moldy and smelt like mold so I ended up staying in a room that was of lesser value. The room didn't have a balcony like the one I had booked before and was smaller in size. The power went out in the hotel but only on the side of the hotel we stayed there are two separate buildings. It stayed out and no one came to inform us that downstairs in the dining area that all lights were on and there was power. So we waited in our room in complete darkness for hours because it was pouring rain outside. But we could of been sitting downstairs reading a book or watching a movie and having dinner instead but no one helped us. Also outside of my room was a huge amount of bird poop piled up right beside my room so when I come out to go to the pool I have to walk over a huge pile of poop. Very unhygienic. Also on top of it all the shower attachment was broken meaning you have to hold the shower head in your hand ?? The Caesar salad was made with way too much anchovies it tasted like fish and the lettuce was wilted. The pasta and the cocktails were good though.

Excellent hotel, clean, in a great location and very friendly staff that helped me arrange a full day angkor wat tour. I would definitely stay again!

Bathroom shower took ages to drain

The hotel is very nice and at the price we booked it was really good value for money considering the location and the breakfast included. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend it.

The only downside is that there seems to be a problem related to mold in the rooms. I think if one stays a couple of days it's not a problem, but in our case we stayed two weeks and at the end of our stay I found some stuff that I had left in the wardrobe covered in mold.. I had to throw away a book. Perhaps the rooms should be equipped with a dehumidifier. But I also understand that they just reopened after a long break post COVID and they are doing the best they can to restart the business. Wishing them all the best!

False advertising. They said they had a one-way transfer from the airport, but when I went to book, they said they couldn't cover that cost and charged me $35 even though my reservation said it was included. I'm trying to contact Booking support to get this refund, but no one has responded yet. This was the message from the hotel, two days before my stay, even though I booked this hotel precisely because the transfer was already included: Regarding the shuttle service, I would like to inform you that we used to offer free airport shuttle service when the old airport was still operating. However, since the old airport closed and the new Sai Airport is now in operation, we no longer provide free shuttle service as before.The new Sai Airport is 53 km from the city, so we can't afford to offer it for free anymore. However, we can arrange a tuk-tuk or private car at an affordable price if you'd like to use our service.We will update our information for all our guests and really appreciate your feedback. Note: We do offer free transport to the bus station. Please let us know the time and the name of the company.

The hotel has a charming and cozy atmosphere with beautiful decor and a relaxing pool area. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location is peaceful yet still close to the city center.
