This spot was fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful in getting all of our tours set up. Their focus on sustainability and supporting local venture is very cool. The food at the restaurant is exceptional. We stayed for 3 nights and were absolutely thrilled with the experience

The team was really great, smiling, finding solutions to any needs or demand. This is not the type of comments we are used to say. Thanks in particular to Mister Mey and !The ambiance, the food, the service, all was over the top.

Beautiful hotel carefully designed great ethos. Tucked away in its own garden.. Really friendly and helpful staff - arranged airport transfers and tuk tuk drivers.Room was large and bright. Bed was very comfortable. Great to use pool after days out.5 options for breakfast

Location is away from main area, which means a bit of a walk to town, however it means it's quiter.

Everything - an oasis of calm in great location walkable to centre. The design, pool, eco credentials, staff, rooms - loved it all. The Tuk Tuk driver Sophy and his colleague for our two days doing Angkor temples were fabulous and such good value. We had a great stay - thank you

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, peaceful environment, delicious breakfast (and all other food as well), great coffee and drinks! The staff recommended excursions, and arranged for a tuktuk-driver to follow us around. Very nice to have the same driver for the entire stay. They focus on sustainability so you will not find anything plastic! Would definitely recommend you to give this small cozy hotel a try if you are planning a trip to Siem Reap!

We stayed for 6 nights; we would have happily stayed much longer. The location was convenient and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly and all spoke great English. The people they work with for the tours were fantastic as well (the drivers and guides). You can also pay through the hotel for a lot of services, so you don’t need to deal with as much cash, which can be annoying in Cambodia. The food was great, the cocktails were unexpectedly great too. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC worked well, and at least in our room the wifi was strong. The shower took a minute to warm up but that doesn’t matter.

Totally lived up to previous great reviews. A relaxing and beautiful oasis of a place with really food and the most charming reception staff and careful and attentive drivers. Bed was so comfy. You are very well looked after here at a very good value price.

The bathroom was designed with no functional aspect in mind.If you take a shower there is the drain and a little canal that runns through the bathroom and the room, just weird.Also the floor is not flat, but creased, also a designer quirk, which is annoying to walk on, but also the water doesn't drain properly from it.Why you don't have a shower head is beyond me, it felt like i'm taking a shower at the communal pool

The property was so warm and inviting. Staff were amazing and so helpful with assisting us with restaurant recommendations and transport. As we already had our tours booked before we arrived, we didn’t need their help with this but if we had l am confident they would’ve been great at that too!! Food was so fresh and yummy and the Butterfly Mojito cocktail was the best!

Nice small hotel, a bit outside the main tourist area (but still many restaurants & shops around!). Staff was helpful in organizing excursions (although I had to remind them some times of my non-standard requests). Has a nice outdoor setting with a pool, great for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Recommended.

We normally stay as a family at the Babel Guesthouse and decided to try out the Boutique Hotel. It is in a very nice, quiet location, within walking distance to a number of restaurants and cafes. The staff is very friendly and willing to take time to talk through touring options and will arrange them directly, all at very reasonable prices.

There is nothing that we did not like. In terms of comparing to the Guesthouse, our kids did prefer the pool at the guesthouse, as it is shallower and more conducive to playing. Though worth noting that the pool at Boutique is very nice!

Beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely pool, charming staff and very good food.Breakfast was excellent. The recommended tour guides do a good job.

As a single traveller it would have felt more luxurious if the wonderfully large room only had one queen bed and maybe a sofa, but I guess there's more people booking to use 2 queen beds.

It is a boutique hotel, very well designed and certainly above local standards in that area of Cambodia. Congratulations!Breakfast is very good, drinks and food are fine, the pool is great.

The staff is very kind and obviously makes an effort to please customers, they still have to improve on consistency.Music in the lounge is monotonous and boring, I'd suggest more variety with a bit of classical music and more lively original western music.

+ Mey ( the bartender and receptionist) was our angel in Siem Reap. He helped us out to get a bike, prepared the best cocktails ever! And gave us cool tips where to go in the country! Really kind person that we will not forget!+ Location. It is a small oase in Siem Reap. Walking distance from the city, you have all you need close by.+ Rooms are huge, clean, have all you need.+ Breakfast is amazing.

The rooms were spacious and clean with basic amenities all provided. Body wash and shampoo smelled great with ingredients sourced locally (can be bought separately if you want to bring back). There were some mosquitoes but the hotel is prepared with repellants and electric swat. Ambience of the hotel is very peaceful and we felt safe hanging out late within the compound. Breakfast options were decent with filling portions. Loved their mildly cardamom infused pancake. There are meals with reasonable price in the hotel restaurant itself. The hotel bar has interesting selection of cocktails made with local ingredients. Tried their dragonfruit and chilli cocktail which was wonderfully spicy. The staffs especially were friendly and helpful throughout our stay there. The hotel provides tours and staffs do help plan itineraries if you're unsure of where to visit. We requested for airport pickup (at additional cost) and Sojeat ended up becoming our minivan driver for the next 3 days for various tours. He gives good recommendations and it was comfortable travelling with him as he handled our group of 6 well.

Overall, the bathroom and toilet bowl were very clean as staffs do clean daily. Only concern is bathroom had textured floor and walls so it had grime in certain spots mostly at the edges. It's a minor eyesore and a good scrubbing would remove them surely.

Beautifully decorated. Very calm and serene place to stay in the heart of Wat Bo village. Our room was huge. Lots of breakfast options, we tried them all and they were all lovely. Fantastic cocktails mixed by Mey. Our driver Heang was great and took us wherever we wanted to go . All the staff were really friendly and spoke really good English. Bonus frangipani fringed pool to cool down in.
