Saem Siemreap Hotel

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The room service was prompt and delicious. The breakfast was delicious. Perfect location for visiting the Angkor temples.

Beds a little on the stiff side. "King or Double" beds are just 2 singles put together, but that is my experience most places throughout Asia. Wood floors a little slippery but very nice.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive during our stay. We also booked tours of the temples through the hotel which was convenient. We had our own car and the driver was very knowledgeable on where to go and the order to see the temple

First of all: amazing staff! The hotel is quiet, comfortable and clean. They arranged us (family of 4, all adults) Angkor Wat and Tonle Sap tours with the best tour guide, ever! (Mr. Jack, +855 86 863 522) and provide a Hotel Van with the most skillful and gentleman driver. If you’re planning to visit Siem Reap (you should btw), book this one and do not think twice.

The location is very quiet and secluded. The beds were very clean and comfortable. I loved all the space that was available to store your luggage without cluttering the room. The cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the rooms daily. The breakfast in the morning had delicious fresh fruit and wonderful bakery items. The staff were all friendly and super helpful and accommodating. I especially enjoyed speaking with the on-site manager. The staff texted me throughout our stay to ensure our visit was pleasant. Overall really outstanding customer service. My husband and I are already planning on returning to this hotel because we loved it so much.

Something minor but the daily breakfast could use espresso coffee like a cappuccino and more variety for the hot items. My husband eats a high protein diet and had a hard time getting his normal calories without just eating eggs every morning. This is super minor and can be easily fixed. I have stayed at luxury hotels like the Four Seasons in Maui and the Leela hotel in India and this hotel is of the same caliber for a fraction of the cost!

Breakfast was excellent. Location was close to the Angkor Wat temples. Loved the spa, wet sauna and dry sauna. Staff very courteous and friendly. Spoke very good English.

The food was pretty poor not only in the restaurant for an evening meal but breakfast - limited choice and mostly cold. Really let down what could be an amazing hotel

The staff were fabulous Always smiling and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, clean, good sized bath with separate toilet. We had room 103 which was right next to the pool. Pool was lovely, clean and warm.We ate in the restaurant of hotel for dinners and prices were reasonable.Recommend this hotel!

The service was exceptional and all of the staff were very courteous. The building and furnishings were charming. The location was excellent for visiting the Angkor temples.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Ms. Sochin at the front desk provided excellent guidance and assistance with arranging day trips and transport to temples.

Saem Siemreap Hotel led the way for me to fall in love with Cambodia and Cambodian people. The place and the people are sweet, gentle and kind. I have had such a blissful visit here that I can’t wait to return. Next time though, not just 5 days. I need to really explore this town and all it has to offer - Then all of Cambodia. Thank you all so much for your warm hospitality.
