Excellent Rooms, friendly staff, fast WIFI in the hotel area.

My Stay at Siem Reap Comforts Boutique. I was just in town for two days for a work trip and everything was perfect! The staff were helpful and friendly and facilities were great. The room was quiet considering it was so central and the pool was great.

The staff was excellent. They were very flexible with my check in and check out. Very friendly and accommodating

The handle was just falling off. The screws came out of the mains door handle. The AC wasn’t effective. There were very small white insects crawling everywhere.

Everything!The staff are the kindest and most lovely people and you feel more like a guest in a home than a hotel. Every single member of staff goes out of their way to assist you, takes the time to talk to you and tell you about Cambodia and their lives.The hotel is also great value and really comfortable and clean. The shower is excellent, huge roomsand a lovely pool surrounded by plants. it’s a short walk to the heart of town and I’m sad I had to leave.

From the pick up at the airport to check out and back to airport this hotel and its were amazing. The staff at this hotel are so friendly and made us feel like VIP's. We were greeted by the very welcoming Mr Kim, when He checked us in he upgraded our room!! The room is glorious, the bed was so comfortable. The food was amazing and the massage was absolutely fantastic. The hotel driver Mr Pheap took us to Angkor wat for sunrise and then to another two temples, told us a lot of interesting history , very friendly, first class. A shout out to Mr Van in the restaurant he went out of his way to look after us (as did all the staff). Cocktails by the pool. Everything was so clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again to the wonderful staff, you made our stay in Siem Reap so much more memorable!!

The warmth and hospitality is what makes this place so special. Everyone goes out of their way to be kind and accommodating. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like family. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Walking distance to Pub Street. AMAZING food, too. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and the quality was outstanding. I used their recommended guide for Angkor Wat and he was the best! I can’t say enough about the hotel and it’s staff. Highly recommend!

The room is spacious and a walking distance from the riverside and market. Staff are great, we appreciate their responsiveness with our needs. Our trip to Siem Reap got delayed and have to book another van which means late pick-up but the tuktuk driver, Mr. Rambutan waited for us and even picked us up at the new place where we descended despite the later pick-up time; they also arranged a tuktuk for us to airport upon checking out. Breakfast are good as well. Thank you!

Fantastic hotel! Perfect location central walking distance great bars and restaurants, extremely friendly staff. Special thanks to Kim and his exceptional staff for their hospitality and delicious romantic dinner organised. The architecture was amazing with delicious Breakfast and dinner options. A hidden gem in the midst of the city. The rooms included all amenities. Our room with the pool and sauna was exceptional Would definitely return!

great location! staff are so friendly and helpful! had a lovely room, really comfy. when we booked got big discount otherwise wouldn’t have booked. the food at the hotel was good, the tuk tuk drivers seemed a decent price

I love this Hotel Property. A great location with Tuk Tuk available at will. The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful! Immaculate, Food was good and hotel pool was beautiful. The trip to the temples easy and seamless.I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. I will be going back there as a go to spot in Siem Reap.

The hotel is clean, well located, and the staff are very friendly. The front desk staff were very helpful. I booked an Angkor Wat tour with Tuktuk through them, and my guide, Mr Kosal, was really wonderful—informative and personable. I ran into him with his family the day after the tour and he gave me a ride! The hotel also has several Tuktuk drivers on site, and Mr Dy was really great! I highly recommend The Twin Bayon Boutique, Siem Reap.

The staff at The Twin Bayon are fantastic! Everyone I met in whatever role was friendly and helpful. They have the perfect balance of always being available without being overwhelming and make a beautiful little hotel somewhere very special. Thank you.

Lovely hotel. It is not really walking distance into town, but the hotel have complimentary tuk tuks which worked very well and to get the same quality in the centre would be much more expensive so this was a good balance. Staff are extremely friendly and hard-working.

Location and style. The property is beautiful and a block from Pub Street. We were able to book our Angkor Wat guide and tours through the hotel.

Everything was perfect!! i was really impressed how they exceed my expectation and took it to beyond.As soon as I booked, they send me message and asked my flight details to offer complimentary airport transfer which was a very nice surprise.Then I asked them on the message what kind of tours out there and a lady called Thavy made a proper explanation and then arranged everything for me like a premium concierge service so I had no question mark about what to do in my trip before i arrived.Once I arrived the hotel, the welcome was very nice and gentleman called Kim introduced himself as my private butler which was something that I wasn’t expecting neither :) He planned and arranged all my schedule and my needs. He even prepared a breakfast box for my tour at 5am.Lastly, tour guide that they provided was super professional and took really good care of me.I really don’t have a single thing that I can say wasn’t good in this hotel. Cleaning, services, staff, room, layout and all other things were impeccable!!Once again thank you very much, especially to Thavy and Sohim to make this trip memorable for me.

Large rooms and great facilities

School kids next door very loud from 6am to 10am
