Chateau D'angkor La Residence

The staff were exceptional! Also the hotel location was very good as it was quiet but also close to the centre.

The room I got did not have a window in the bedroom.

Staff were amazing and so helpful.Suite was exceptional for the price. very large and both living room and main bedroom overlooked the pool.Position of hotel was perfect for its short walk to restaurants and pubs (five minute walk) but far away enough for it to be perfectly peaceful. A perfect base to visit Angkor Wat and other temples.

Huge rooms, great balcony, great location! Although recently built felt like it had been around for 100 years, in an old world sense. Up to date facilities!

Beautiful hotel with large, clean rooms and plenty of amenities. The WiFi was adequate (a little slow for streaming). The washing machine was an added plus. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were so nice. Location was great for dining and markets. Keep in mind there is no elevator for higher floors.

There seemed to be a scrap metal recycler across the street from the pool who created a lot of noise (pounding, power tools, metal cutting etc.) during the day. Distracting if you were using the pool, and you could hear it in the rooms too.

Friendly and respectful staff who go out of their way to assist. Hotel itself is perfectly located in heart of Siem Reap walking distance to all places. Loved our stay, didn’t have time to use the pool but looks great.

We stayed in a 2 bed suite. We had a massive lounge, a kitchen, washing machine and 2 balconies. It was in a great location. Quiet but near enough to walk to cafes, bars and restaurants. Swimming pool was very nice with lots of comfortable sunbeds, pool towels and a small barThe price was very reasonable.I would stay again.

WiFi in my room was really spotty. Worked fine by the pool but not in room.

The accommodations were great with 2 bedrooms, a great room and kitchen, very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. The pool was nice. Breakfast was good but simple. Dinners were excellent with fantastic staff.

Graceful and immaculate furnishings; very comfortable beds and showers; the 2-bedroom suite had 2 full bathrooms; high ceilings in the largely proportioned suite. Kind service. For a 3 night stay, the buffet offered sufficient variety for us. We felt the accommodations offered really good value. If you’re worried about the lack of elevator, note that the staff will carry your luggage upon check-in and check-out.

The drying function on the in-room washer is really just a strong air dry/spin, so we had to hang our clothes on the balcony to dry. Not a big deal though, as clothes dried within the day i(in mid-December).

The property is very well located in the French Quarter. The buildings and rooms are top notch, my room was palatial. Great beds, incredible water pressure, amazing staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There was absolutely nothing I did not like about this property.

Central location to all happening places but quiet. Very spacious 2 Bedroom apartment with a functional kitchen. Very well done. Breakfast buffet was excellent.Very very friendly staff.

The staff were so courteous and helpful, the rooms were huge and very clean! And the pool was lovely!

The two bedroom suite was perfect. We loved the washer and all that space.

The food was just alright. Breakfast had food we all liked. The area has plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

Very helpful and caring staff ! Big rooms and spacious drawing room , dining space and kitchen . Walking distance to pub street and riverside market. They guide us on places to visit and give reasonable options for tours whether by Tuk-Tuk or by car !

Our two bed room very large apartment was even better than what we expected. Breakfast was very good. Although it was a kilometer away from PUB street but a local tuk tuk can take you there for $2 or less if you could be bothered to haggle

We had a lovely stay at the Chateau d'Angkor. The staff was super friendly and the apartment style rooms were spacious and had a lot of character. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is conveniently located with the hotel tuktuk's right outside the gate and the hotel tuktuk driver Bun, took us everywhere. We used WhatsApp to schedule pickups with him and he promptly arrived wherever we were. We were here only for a short while and couldn't use the pool but our apartment overlooked the pool and it looked very inviting. I would definitely come back.

Best value for money in Siem Reap. Hugh apartment style rooms with kitchen and lounge. Staff are the nicest and most helpful I have ever come across.

That I didn't stay longer.
