Beautiful hotel and the staff are very friendly and attentive

Location excellent with a Tuk Tuk stand right outside the hotel gate. Staff were all great and helpful. Breakfast was good and the restaurant serves good food. Room cleanliness was up to standard and bed was comfortable. Front desk was very helpful in arranging tours. Night Market and Pub street all in walking distance. Overall thanks to the hotel for making our stay pleasant.

Nothing I can think of but those with difficulty going up stairs should book rooms on the ground floor. A lift would be a thoughtful addition.

Great location by the river. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The pool area is a great place to relax. Nice roof top bar with live music. We would definitely stay here again

The options for breakfast was wonderful. There is a chef on site who will make any type of eggs. There is also the option to have a fresh bowl of pho. Have both western options and Cambodian options. Staff falling over themselves to help.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, consistently going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was spotless and spacious. While breakfast could be improved, lunch was absolutely perfect, every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. All meals are served in the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, which provides a convenient and pleasant dining experience. I would gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend this place to others.

Everything was perfect at this property, they offer all the services you can imagine.! Staff there smiles to you and remember your names, they will try to ask what our plans are going to be,super helpful and great hospitality!!! We also enjoyed renting free bikes explore the city!

Our stay exceeded expectations in every way! From the welcome drink to the extremely amazing staff to the gorgeous rooms- I would highly recommend staying here! It's very close to everything. The rooftop bar and restaurant has great drinks and food. The pool is a great spot to relax. The staff were the best part!

Nothing, we don't have anything negative to say. This was a dream property and we'd return in a heartbeat. I strongly recommend staying here. There's nothing that would stop me from recommending Lynnaya Urban River Resort. Choose the room with the private bath and waterfall!

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! It was luxurious, the staff was amazing and the breakfast served daily was incredible! The property was beautifully landscaped and the pool was relaxing and a nice treat after a long day of sight seeing in the hot sun. I would go back to Siem Reap again just to spend time at this hotel. The room was huge and the welcome drink was delicious. This hotel is a gem we enjoyed our stay here and was sad when it was time to leave.

I absolutely loved my stay at Lynnaya Urban River Resort! The outdoor decor and atmosphere were stunning — every corner felt peaceful and beautifully designed. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the spa treatments were truly top quality. I also appreciated all the small details throughout the hotel that made the stay feel extra special. This is definitely one of my favorite places I’ve stayed, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap which also very close to center.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond, incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with anything I needed.The location is perfect, within walking distance or just a quick 5-minute tuk tuk ride to many tourist spots and places of interest. It made exploring the area super easy and convenient.The property itself is lovely, with comfortable rooms, well-maintained amenities, and a beautiful, lush tropical garden surrounding a peaceful pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring.The hotel also has a lovely on-site restaurant, a great rooftop bar with nice river views, and a relaxing spa.Overall, a fantastic place to stay with excellent service, great facilities, and a perfect location. I’d definitely stay here again!

The only one small downside is that all drinking water is provided in single-use plastic bottles. However, it seems to be a common practice throughout the city, not just at the hotel.

Great central location. Lovely pool and room.

Food was not good. We had breakfast and lunch here and it was not nice. There was no lift and a lot of steps everywhere.

- Central location in Siem Reap, but so very peaceful- Upscale spa resort offering beauty treatments- Breakfast included. Lunch, dinner and cocktail options available in multiple restaurants/bars at a discount- Decorations around resort and in room are gorgeous, especially all the lotus flowers. - Beds were comfy, with twin beds getting two pillows each. Plenty of towels as well. And the free soaps in the shower are high-quality. Lots of small toiletries available too.- All staff everywhere are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating, so if you need anything just ask them!

Noise from neighboring rooms is clearly audible due to the walls and floors being concrete, and the only furniture being made out of wood. Sound bounces around easily.

The atmosphere was fantastic with big trees in the garden. Located very central with walking distance to the city center.
