Homewood Hotel

Location was great, breakfast good and staff friendly and helpful.

I’d like extra toilet paper and better lighting in the room.

The staff are all wonderful. Good breakfast. We were there during the Water Festival and walking distance to all the celebrations (on the Siem Reap river) !Walking distance to the markets, Kanell dinner show,Hard Rock Cafe & more. Front desk also helps w tours

Location, staff (especially Housekeeping)

WiFi. Same username in both new and old building, but password not same. So you go have breakfast from the old building to new building: you must forget the password to be enabled to log in in new building's WiFi. And again when going back, the same procedure.The breakfast, I ate breakfast 4 times, 2 times very good.Two times just acceptable, with only 3 kind of fruits: jackfruit, small bananas and watermelon, stale bread and many items not replenished.

Friendly staff and very comfy room and facilities. Easy walk to markets and Pub street

Family room was a good size with big bath and shower. Location is in the heart of the city, next door to the packed Muffin Man and restaurants. Hard Rock Cafe, supermarket, cafe and filling station in the next streets. Very short walk to ATMs/Old Market, Night Market and Pub Street but without the noise. 2 swimming pools but only availed to the small one on the roof which is ok for a dip. Breakfast was from a menu not buffet but choice was reasonable. Late checkout is 2pm. Rooms cleaned daily without asking.

Beds were very firm but on asking housekeeping they placed 2 duvets under the bottom sheet to mitigate the problem. Chef doesn't know how to make eggs benedict. Waiter complains if arrive at 9:45 for breakfast which closes at 10am.

Breakfast was delish, pool was amazing and staff was courteous and attentive.

Everything was exceptional

Excellent location. The hotel was exceptional. The staff were all great especially after my road accident. They took me to and from the hospital. It was easy to walk to Pub Street. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Friendly and helpful staff , great location, handy to eateries and cafes especially next door to a place called ‘ The muffin Man’.Hotel was clean and well organised. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast. FYI -it seems the buffet breakfast is only for when the hotel is busy and is great , otherwise it’s alacarte which is also great.

The location was good, room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and tried to help as much as they could (some struggled with English).

The staff were wonderful and helpful.The room was spacious, the AC worked well. The shower could use a good cleaning, but it was okay.Everything is within a couple of minutes by foot, even the night market and pub street as well.Unbeatable price.All inall a recommended hotel!

The Staff were friendly polite and very helpful solving all problems for tour booking and travel. They made our stay wonderful.

The hotel was walking distance from the city center, but still quite, as being in a smaller street. The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. We also liked the very friendly and helpful staff; the excellent breakfast; the rooftop pool with city view.

The room had one window (to the balcony), and the next building was only a few meters away, so the view from the room was almost non-existent. Also some more wardrobes or shelves would have been nice - we were 3 of us in the room, and could not pack out our clothes from our suitcases.

The hotel is clean, rooms are decent size. The breakfast is great. I did not have a problem with that but one should know that there is no elevator in the older building.

Very helpful staff. Great location, close to the city centre but fairly quiet area. Great views from the rooftop pool.

Great new and modern hotel, perfect location and a nice interior design in the hotel. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
