    • The friendly staff was amazing. The morning breakfast was great! There was a minor issue with our room, but maintenance was able to promptly resolve it for us. Great location! We would stay here again.
    • Location
    • This is an awesome place to stay. The staff is outstanding!! Everyone is very attentive and helpful. I stayed here for 6 days, and they made it feel like a home away from home. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

    Cons -

    • room was not in a good condition, leaky bathroom, broken exhaust, inconsistent service
    • The sofa in the lobby was stained. Bad first impression, but the room was nice and clean. On the way to the airport I saw a lot of nicer hotels. They may have been more expensive.
    • There's room to improvement in the shower for example, few touches here and there to make the room feel new

Not far from the bar street. The room was pretty good, but not a strong 4 star. The staff was nice.

Location, staff is really nice and helpful. Room is quite big, swimming pool is nice

    It was new building

Smoking in every room, even non smoking rooms came with ash trays. Hallways smell of cigarette smoke and our toilet was leaking from the floor. We asked for non smoking and they booked us a smoking room, so they moved us to a new room and charged us additional for their mistake. Disgusting hotel, bad staff, wouldn’t recommend it for foreigners.

Theary and Lisa are wonderful hosts. We are extremely happy with everything. The place is quiet, clean, and centrally located

The location and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

Staff was excellent and always helpful. Breakfast was also great, espeically the Khmer food options. The locations was quite central as well. The restaurant on-site was also very good. Value was quite good for the price.

Room was a bit dated and needed some minor repairs (painting and some deep cleaning).

The staff at Memoire d'Angkor were truly wonderful and took care of us throughout our stay, always ready to help with anything we needed.Special thanks to the front desk team — Theary, Niroth, Dy, Moni, and Lisa — as well as the restaurant staff, Sreyn Nit, Kiriya, and Sophea, and the bellmen. I hope I’ve remembered everyone, but every member of the team was equally kind and professional. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a pleasant city view. Though I didn’t get the pool view I’d hoped for, I was very happy overall. The hotel kindly allowed early check-in at 12:00 pm and late check-out at 2:00 pm, which helped immensely. Thanks also to the driver who got us to the airport on time, and to the reception for arranging it so smoothly. The hotel’s location is excellent — truly one of the best in Siem Reap. Before staying here, I had tried three other hotels and left thinking the city had little to offer, but Memoire changed that. From here, I could easily explore the city — dine at Halal South Asian restaurants, visit nearby parks, walk to the lake, pray at Masjid Alneaamah, and spend time at the Old Market and Pub Street.Breakfast was another highlight — a full buffet with many options, unlike other hotels where you order single dishes. Bathroom amenities and water quality were perfect, and the pool area was serene and well-maintained.They even printed documents for me free of charge and let us stay until 6:00 pm before our transfer.Memoire d’Angkor went above and beyond to make our stay special and gave our Siem Reap trip a truly memorable ending.

They didn't offer free pickup like other hotels in Siem Reap did. It would be good to have this option rather than transfer on own expense.

The staff was lovely, kind, and very cheerful. If you need any information, don't hesitate to ask—they will help you and always find a solution. The Massage was perfect after a long journey at Angkor Wat. We can book a massage through the desk at anytime.More important, I could rest as much as I was needed.

There was construction work going on next to the hotel. Many buildings are being renovated or are under construction. To sleep well, you need to remember to bring earplugs.

The location is great. It's in a quiet street but walking distance to the shops, the night market and the famous Pub Street where you find delicious food in a vibrant environment. Everyone at Memoire is friendly and helpful. Our room was good with a comfortable bed but I wish our window was not facing the other wall, which makes the room dark. The room is spacious and clean. It was raining every day when we were there, but we didn't have to go out to eat after arriving from the tour. The hotel restaurant is open till night time offering delicious food at a reasonable price. The breakfast was also delicious with lots to choose from. Overall, our stay was fantastic!

We went for a waterfall tour but the hotel didn't allow us to borrow towels. It was raining every day but the hotel didn't allow us to borrow an umbrella for a short time use. These are minor things that may improve the service.

Absolutely wonderful and pleasantly surprised with the exuberance and charm of this lovely boutique property.Amazing location, walkable to lovely eating joints, the Pub Street, Old market. Breakfast was equally awesome, with a very decent spread and Khmer cuisine options.

Nothing of importance, am happy and humbled. I loved the property so much that I extended another night of stay instead of going of Phnom Penh.

Wonderful staff. Always very welcoming. Do a great job fixing things. The TV was broken in the room and they replaced it within ten minutes at night after bringing it to their attention. Wifi was good. Beds comfortable. Room clean. Room servicing was fast and routine. Things would be clean by the time we came back for a midday break after exploring temples. Good hot water. Pool seemed clean. Fitness center had basics, treadmills, weights. Some other equipment that seemed broken.Good location. About 15 minute walk to pub street. Close to a market, brown coffee, koi the. Breakfast selection is good with an a la carte menu and buffet all included. Some things rotated to keep things fresh day after day. Pretty well stocked until the closing time of the buffet around 10. They even prepared a basic breakfast to go plate on the morning we went to see the sunrise in angkor.

They were a little stingy with replacing the soaps and instant coffee. Fitness center not always air conditioned so you'd have to wait after it turns on for it to cool down. Some of the facilities are a little older.AC could be a little phrenic and hard to predict and seemed to take a break on its own sometimes. There's no curtain just an incomplete piece of glass that separates the shower so the floor can get wet and slippery.Overall the staff was great but my friend got a lot of attitude from the breakfast egg chef when ordering. Only unpleasant interaction.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Siem Reap. The location was perfect, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The service was excellent and all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our special thanks to Mr. Kimsinh, the Guest Service Manager, who went above and beyond to help us book a great tour to Angkor Wat and an Apsara Dance show with dinner. Thanks to him we could have front row seats to enjoy the show and the buffet dinner was very good as well! It was a truly pleasant experience and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap!

Just to mention something, not that we minded but, they were renovating the building next to our room and therefore there was some noise to hear but we didn't mind it so much in the end.

Memoire d’Angkor is a lovely hotel in a central location, at a very reasonable price. We stayed 8 nights. The room was large and comfortable. From check in to our late check out, all the staff were super friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They always greeted us by name.A breakfast with plenty of choices was included. We highly recommend Memoire Boutique Hotel.

There were some misquitoes in the hotel.

Fabulous little hotel! Has amazing rooms, great amenities (gym / pool / cabanas with waiter service / laundry / massage / etc), great location near town walkable within 15 min from the main part of town and it's very quiet. The staff is incredibly friendly and bends over backwards to take care of every request you have, especially the people at the front desk. Pretty good breakfast too!

    9JanicePosted on: 5-23-2025

The property was beautifully decorated, and had the best pool. Staff were very eager to please and helpful in arranging tours and drivers. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and had an excellent cook at the egg station. Smiles all round. Our room was huge and had the biggest bed I’d ever seen. An enjoyable stay.

The room was a little dark with all the timber
