The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful. Beautifully decorated hotel. I had the best Khmer massage at the spa. Complimentary tuktuk rides to the city center, complimentary laundry service.

I would prefer a buffet breakfast, but I understood that it's not possible yet.

I can't say enough good things about this property. Great location, AMAZING staff, the amenities that were included (massages!) were great and room and bed super comfortable. Highly recommend!

It was just perfect - clean facility, kind and friendly staff, amazing tour/tuktuk arrangement, spacious pool, ... can't even list them all. We just booked this hotel without planning out our trip around Small/Grand tour, but the hotel sorted everything out during the check-in. Even going around town was so convenient with the tuktuk offered by the hotel(it's even cheaper than Grab I think). Would definitely stay again if I have a chance to visit Siem Reap

We had a beautiful comfortable room and the staff were so nice and helpful. The spa at this place was exceptional!! Loved where the restaurant was located - amongst Bayon trees. Food was very reasonable

The shower area did not have a covering and toilet got wet.

Absolutely loved our stay, the complimentary bottle of wine and massages were truly appreciated. We had a delay on our flight but the driver waited for us way past midnight for the hour drive to the hotel from the airport. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. It’s a great base for touring Siem Reap. Book your stay with them!

Can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. Steven was incredible and made everything perfect for us at every turn. Food was so good, pool is outstanding. And the room was incredible. We had a garden and a palm tree in our bathroom and a little patio with greenery outside our front door. The grounds are stunning and the location is fantastic because you can leave and walk out into actual Siem Reap neighborhoods or you can stay there for White Lotus level of service and surroundings. I would come back to Cambodia just for this hotel!

The service and staff were exceptional. The food was plentiful in variety and value. The pool is accessible by all rooms easily. The free tuk-tuk service was a great feature (going to destination) minimal cost for return trip.

I have been travelling around the globe for many years but this is for sure one of the best hotels I ever been in. Everything is exceptional - the staff, the rooms, the pool and especialy the Spa.I WANT TO SAY THANK FOR A WOUNDERFUL TIME IN SUCH A VERY SPECIAL PLACE!

The food offered is amazing. The pool is great. It’s very clean and comfortable. The staff are exceptional; friendly, accommodating, always willing to help. The staff made the experience ten times better.

The service, and the spa with daily free massage

We had an amazing experience at the Hotel, it was beautiful, clean, and the personal was absolutely amazing, honest, kind and respectful…The breakfast was delicious and the massages we took were completely renovating. I will surely recommend this hotel to everyone if they are willing to travel to Cambodia.

Close to Angkor Wat. Hotel can drive you to the city with a little fees. Beds are comfortable. Free laundry and they ironed your clothes! Staffs are friendly and helpful. Free complimentary drinks and snacks by the pool.

Binn and his team welcome you to an oasis amidst the heat of the city. The location is magnificent, with its park in the middle of which sits the two long swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The entire team takes care of you from your arrival at the airport until your departure and is very attentive. The large breakfast buffet is very appreciable before a day of visiting the temples of Angkor, as is the spa upon your return. Although the hotel is a little far from the city center, the hotel provides a tuktuk, and the location is perfect for visits to Angkor. The restaurant also offers excellent local dishes at prices comparable to downtown restaurants.

It was a little oasis tucked away , a lovely relaxing environment after an early morning Sun Rise over Angkor Wat or a late night in Pub Street. Staff are excellent and only to willing to help will any problem large or small, also being on hand to take care of your every need.
