Phka Chan Hotel

This stay was the highlight of our 3 week Vietnam/Cambodia trip mainly due to the charming and efficient Ms. Vansy and her ever smiling and polite staff. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends n family.

I Booked for 4 nights at first, then of course add 2 more; I was celebrating a special day and without asking for it they upgrade my room to a suite for the same price, organized flowers in the room with a warm flowers bath waiting for me.There is not a single team member that does not stop to give you a warm welcome after every time you step foot out of the Hotel.Room: clean/ specious/ welcoming with balcony/ cleaned every day to perfection Breakfast: buffet style, with option for barista coffee, change daily Amenities: swimming pool, 24h concierge service/ gym/ spaDO NOT waste you time looking at other Hotels, if you want to have an incredible time, just come here!

The location and staff were great. A few of the staff went above and beyond.

The mature vegetation is so nice, but could be trimmed. Lots of kid noise.

We loved everything, the facilities were great, the location perfect, almost on the sok san rd with its bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to pub st. It was still quiet and peaceful, a little Oasis. The main reason we loved this place so much were the staff. Vansy and her team went above and beyond, from the cold tiger balm flannels when we returned from a long day sightseeing to the guys spraying insect repellent when leaving for an evening out. Small things but they add up. But it was their smiles that make this place special! We fell in love we Cambodia and it’s people and Phka Chan is a big reason why❤️

Very nice and clean rooms and common staces, very friendly staff. Everything was perfect.

The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The staff were absolutely and incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. We end up booking two days tours with the hotel. A place I would definitely consider staying again. Location was good for me. You’ll find a laundromat in front of the hotel and 7/11 store around the corner. I also found a restaurant near by where I ordered the same yummy dish every day…

Just some minor things that I’m sure the hotel can fix for future are mini fridges didn’t work in room 101-102 and shower pressure was a little weak. Also for me a bin in the room too would be great there’s one in the bathroom).

What really sets this hotel apart from the rest is the service. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this is the best service I’ve ever received hands down. Every single member of staff at this place is fantastic and they really can’t do enough for you. Every time you leave and enter the hotel grounds you’re greeted and asked if you need anything. When waking up at 4:30am for our Angkor Wat trip they packed us a breakfast which was very kind. The pool area is beautiful and breakfast is pretty good (better when not operating as a buffet). The rooms were spacious and very clean. The AC was okay (very effective in the evening but seemed to get turned down a bit overnight). Overall I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation and would return in a heartbeat if we come back to Siem Reap, which we may well do, as we really enjoyed the city generally.

Hotel was amazing, very good amenities, good service, good staff, and great breakfast ( the croissants are so so good). Super close to all the restaurants and bars

The hotel, staff, and service were so exceptional that I extended my stay!The team is incredibly helpful and kind. They assisted with booking activities and flights, recommended places to visit, and shared insights about the local culture. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and they genuinely cared about me throughout my stay. Before my excursions, they thoughtfully prepared a healthy breakfast for me to take along.Special thanks to Seila, Makara, Phally, and Chhun, who ensured I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Shoutout to the two young men at the entrance (sorry I didn’t catch your names) who helped with my suitcase and greeted me warmly every time I came and went. I was quite demanding, but they always accommodated my requests and provided answers to all my questions.The hotel is spotlessly clean—a little oasis. The location is ideal, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still close to attractions and the city center.As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and well cared for. I can’t wait to return next year with my family!For a relaxing stay where you’re truly looked after, I highly recommend staying here!

Everything was perfect!

This hotel was superb value for money with outstanding breakfast and the friendliest staff. Walking distance to the main strip for food and drinks and 20 mins to ankor wat temples.

The bed was a bit firm but still comfy and the place was a little noisy from construction and cicadas at night but the whole of cambodia is noisy..

Airconditioning in the rooms was inadequate - we had to ask for a fanPool looked lovely on arrival, but did not cope when the hotel was fully occupied.It became milky and soupyBreakfast was in an open air room, so flies were an issue with the buffet. Food was passable.There was often noise in the evenings from surrounding places

Very kind staff, every single one of them! Good breakfast, nice and clean room, amazing location (walking distance to the center). The pool was also clean and the right temperature for a refreshment. If we come to Siem Reap again, we will return.

Beautiful little garden hotel with new and modern facilities. It is located just off Sok San Road, one of the main arteries leading to the city centre with lots of restaurants bars and convenience stores nearby. Walking to the centre takes just under 10 minutes, a TukTuk for $1-2 will get you there in 5. The location was really perfect, so central and yet reasonably quiet. The room on the ground floor was clean and stylish, the mattress firm but comfortable. The bathroom with a huge open shower also had a door leading to a small outdoor area with a stone bathtub. The pool area is surrounded by lush greens with plenty of sun chairs to choose from.All staff were extremely friendly and helpful with planning trips to Angkor Wat and the surrounding areas. Great breakfast too! I warmly recommend this hotel and hope to be back soon.

I liked the breakfast; it was freshly made and very cute. The location was very nice as well, and we could walk to Pub Street all the time. tuk-tuks for Angkor Wat was also a direct pickup and drop from our hotel.

There were flies in the breakfast place, which is okay as they replaced everything where there were flies. The hotel is slightly inside the main street, and in general, walking in Siem Reap was a bit unsafe, but the staff was very nice. A lot of families stayed there so a lot of children crying at the pool and sometimes near your room which you could hear while going to sleep tbh.

The staff was so sweet and accommodating. Cannot say enough about each and every one. The location was perfect. Breakfast was good.

Whatever has been said before-regarding lack of water flo in the shower came up. However, it was immediately rectified by the staff!! The staff even got up early to prepare breakfast for us before our departure at 6:30 am!! They asked us about our order the night before. AMAZING people!!

It was a wonderful stay in Siem Reap. The hotel is extremely beautiful, the rooms are large, spacious and clean. It seems to me that the facility is new, because everything was very well-kept and looked great. Every day I used the gym and my husband used the swimming pool. The cleaning service was great, new towels every day, and our stuffed animals that we brought from Vietnam were placed on the bed - it was so cute! ?? The hotel service is at the highest level. When we returned from the city, we were brought towels to refresh ourselves (the temperatures were very high). We were greeted with a smile every day, and the breakfast was amazing! Lots of options to choose from, delicious and healthy! ? The hotel has a great location, close to restaurants and the main street. We really felt special and we highly recommend this place!

The staff are the loveliest people. They were curtious, helpful and very friendly. The breakfast selection was good and the coffee was the best I have had along my travels. The mosquitoes seemed to like me and the staff always offered me their spray.

Not the hotels fault but every morning at around 6am I could hear the local bars playing "Go Britiana" as they were closing which woke me up.
