Neth Socheata Hotel

Small family run hotel. Owner/staff were very responsive and helpful. With reasonable price, good value for money. Excellent location, walk to shopping, restaurents . Very clean with free internet. We got good taxi and guide at good price

Location is amazing and it is basically all the good from here.

The room seemed clean at first view but not in details. We found a cockroach in the room - that was very unpleasent. I would strongly recomment other places.

I had another very enjoyable stay here. The owner and staff are lovely and always helpful. They also organised two tours for me which were excellent. The hotel is very comfortable and the location is perfect and in the centre of town and so close to everything. Loved that it is located down a little alley way. I am returning to stay here again with my partner same time in 2026.

The staff was very helpful with sorting out laundry and a bicycle rental. The location is good as well. It's very close to the pub street, which can get quite loud, crowded. But the hotel is tucked back in a little alleyway, so it feels a bit removed from the chaos.

The room was a bit dark and dingy, but still good value for money. There is no elevator, which wasn't a big issue for me, but it may be for some, especially if assigned a room on a higher floor.

Have stayed here around 3 or 4 times before ( the last time was before covid )But the hotel hasn’t changed much , still the nice family in charge Staff were very friendly Hotel is very clean In a nice quiet location, but only a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars Had 4 good nights sleep

Wi/fi was very poor , kept cutting out and very weak signal

It was very basic. If you are happy with just a clean cheap room in a good location this is perfect but don't expect any frills or pool. Also there is no lift so keep in mind if you have mobility issues, it was quite a climb to the 4th floor every time

Nice hotel in the center of things. No elevator so we were for lucky to get the one room on ground floor. The staff were very kind. We had a good stay but it is more basic accommodations.

I love the fact that it is close to what expected. Walking distance to street food at night, easily going to Pub Street, Starbucks and Hard Rock Cafe. My room (Family Room) is on the ground floor, so we dont have to go up by stairs to get to the room. It's cleaned and refreshed everyday.

The hot water takes awhile to get hot, but it's nothing bad about it. Just open the shower, wait for a min, then it's ready.

I love this little hotel. Its comfortable, the staff are lovely and it is so well situated for the market and pub street etc

If I had to find one thing, it would be the fact there is no lift but staff are always very helpful in carrying suitcases when needed.

This Hotel is just on the edge of the night scene and shopping. Pub Street is there, shopping, tourist markets, good food - much of it extremely cheap. Sometimes the night scene can keep you awake if you are trying to sleep. It's very easy to get transportation to Angkor Wat or anywhere from here. Also a great place to run in the morning (along the river).

Loud music from Pub Street can keep you awake at night.

Room good for family

They never mentioned or put any description on websites their would be any options on room and floors and it was no escalator for hotel and staff was told only 3rd floor actually they put us on 5th floor and the front door entrance was closed early than we expected

Great location and very clean. Room spacious and beds comfy. Tea, coffee, and water provided for the room. Able to atore luggage during the day.

Our room was on the 5th floor - be warned there is no.lift. Room stated private balcony however, our room only had access to the shared roof top balcony. Morning member of staff didn't let us know the hotel had a restaurant where we could have had breakfast. Very limited English spoken. If the room had been described correctly, we would have scored more.

The staff was extremely gentle and agreeable. The room was clean and comfortable. The reception and the hotel in general are esthetically beautiful. As if this were not enough, it is next to de city center.

Nice, clean room and centrally located. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. I booked the small group tour with them for the sunrise tour to Angkor Wat and two other temples. It's cheaper than hiring a tuktuk yourself and the guide was fantastic.
