Mekong Angkor Palace Hotel

Very good location, in a busy, central street, but a bit on the side, so it's quiet. Wonderful large pool and excellent breakfast buffet. Large, well-furnished rooms.

The lighting in my room could be improved, some areas were a bit dark. While the wifi worked perfectly in the ground floor, it was sometimes a bit weak in my room.

Good location. Spacious room.

Breakfast was limited in choice and quality e.g oats and yogurt rather than museli and yogurt.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is good.

The hotel did not provide bath/shower gel. They provide only small rounded soap only. They said this soap is for using as shower soap. Normally I use this soap for washing the hands only. Not good to use for body shower.

very helpful staff.big rooms.

the water in the shower were freezing. after we complained and switched rooms the water were still freezing and we gave up.

Great Hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Quiet location set back off the road in Siem Reap city. Great swimming pool and wonderful buffet breakfast on offer.

Absolutely no problems with the room or the facilities at the price point offered. Always my go to hotel when visiting Siem Reap!

Great Hotel positioned in an ideal spot in Siem Reap city. The staff are very friendly and will always offer a smile when greeting them. The room was a great size, and the staff did an excellent job in cleaning the room - I always came back to a room looking immaculate. The breakfast was included with the room and had a good range to choose from.

The room was positioned close to the car park but was not an issue for me because I sleep well at night!

The staff is really kind and we really appreciated the pool after an hot day. Breakfast buffet was really good

Very nice hotel, very kind and friendly staff. Highly recommended to take tuk tuk trip from the hotel to visit Angkor Wat - the best choice. All stay was very relaxing.

It was a pleasant and quiet room

AC was not cool enough even at 16 deg Celsius.

All of the above ! Location , cleanliness , staff ! All was good ! Great rooms , nice balcony !

What’s not to like !

Large rooms that are dated but clean and comfy. Air con was good. Nice pool area very convenient for walking around town.

Pool could have been cleaner. Breakfast was OKRoom on 4th floor. Balcony not usable if you have air con on in room as the air-conditioning unit just basts hot air on your balcony making it too hot to sit out.

Location was great. About a 5mins walk into town. Had massage palour and coffee shops and supermarket nearby. It was quiet as it was set back on the road.

I stayed there for 4 nights and was a little disappointed with breakfast as there wasn't much variety.

I have stayed here a number of times and am always happy to return. The location is convenient, the pool is great and they serve a delicious breakfast! My only complaint was that the hotel staff assured us we didn't need to book a day in advance for an Apsara dance performance/buffet meal but by doing that we missed out as on the day all three venues were fully booked. Also, at the Apopo mine rats centre, although hotel staff advised us they had made a booking, when we got there, they had no record of our booking. In other words, the customer service by hotel staff was not so good this time.

I stayed twice on my trip. Great Value. Talking to other peeps , they paid a lot more for same ) Location good. Nice and quiet ( not Level 4 , room 506 area ) lovely staff, comfy bed. Fridges are kept on low , so turn up when you arrive. Some rooms have better view , outlook than others. Where availability, staff were happy to offer change/ other options. Breakfast was fab. Not over the top with ridiculous amounts of selection/ possibly becoming waste. I'll return.

The location was right in the heart of town, but because it was tucked away down a narrow alley for access, it was very quiet and a respite from the nearby hustle and bustle of one of the main streets. We frequented a massage salon in front of the hotel several times, as well as several nearby restaurants.

Nothing comes to mind. It was a great choice, recommended by friends.

Decent facility. Walking distance to Pub Street but quiet area

Other people making noise and banking to the door next to ours at 4am

Location and the swimming pool. The reception area.

The breakfast wasn’t very varied. The TV didn’t work. The water flow in the shower was very weak and the water was barely warm.

Breakfast was basic but tasty and plenty of variety. Walking distance to most places needed like shops, hospital, rest. The room was basic but neat and tidy. Good size TV, huge shower. Plenty of room inside the room with a super king size bed. Balcony offered enough room for a couple to sit in sun.

Parking was a bit haphazard and limited. Occasionally items in room were removed but forgotten to be replaced but no problem to replace when staff asked, most apopoge.

I like everything, it is close to Pub Street and all around the area, Food, ATM, Money Exchange and many more.

The water runs too cold or too hot when taking a showerPlease check your water temperature

Good location. Great breakfast. Exceptional service when I had an issue with my room, I was moved to another room promptly.
