    • Excellent resort. From the front desk staff to the attentive staff around the pool. Fantastic breakfast with many options, and good restaurants in the vicinity. Nice big room with a balcony overlooking the gardens.
    • Very nice , well maintained property, the staff were outstanding, we arrived very early and were offered an early check in without asking. The facilities were well maintained, food was excellent and so was the service.
    • Staff very useful with reccomendations, arranging tours and transport. Very confortable room and bed. Great swimming pool.

    Cons -

    • Nothing to complain about.
    • Breakfast options could be more varied for a 5*. Coffee is not drinkable either.
    • It was close to Angkor Wat but a bit far to the happenings. Thanks to the Tuktuk number 15 who took us to pub street and night market to explore.

Very nice resort with huge room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Great breakfast and amazing people working in the hotel. Always very helpful, polite a smiling.

    Gym could be better.

Very good breakfast with a broad selection, extremely friendly and attentive staff, nice refreshing pool, a good restaurant/bistro. The rooms are spacious yet cozy because of the wooden floors and elegant decor. We really felt at home here and had a wonderful time. Excellent value for money overall.

The rooms aren't soundproof at all. You can hear the neighbors talk (as in you can understand what they say, not just hear that they are talking), their TV and even when they plug something into a wall socket. The gardener's tools should perhaps be upgraded to electric, listening to a 2-stroke brush cutter around the pool for hours is irritating. The Internet connection is extremely unreliable, between good and catastrophic.

Beautiful scenery around the pool! Make sure you ask for a pool-facing room. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful! The beds are super comfortable and the shower is amazing!! The breakfast was tasty and we were so pleased it was open until 10 AM so we could eat after our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat. The front desk staff were always helpful and the dining staff were extra kind to us!! Dragon the fish was also amusing.

It is a very noisy hotel. All night it sounds like furniture is being moved and things are being dropped on the ground. It was also unfortunate that there were so few loungers by the pool. The furniture on the balcony is very uncomfortable.

The staff was excellent. The food was very good! The room was quiet.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted and welcomed by all the staff . Everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable or if we needed any help with the tours . One of the staff who I believe is either the supervisor or manager would always greet my friend and I by our names (and my name is hard to remember for a lot of people ) so I was always so pleasantly surprised that he would remember everytime I encountered him . It’s the little things I appreciate about this hotel . Thank you for a wonderful stay

Some mosquitos got into our room but that’s inevitable

Lovely property with huge rooms and a great swimming pool. Every member of the staff was friendly and professional. This is a very well-run property.

Everything! It’s truly a resort and it felt good, much better than a hotel. The huge pool, the bbq nights and entertainment. The breakfast buffet, the bed was very comfortable. The room service food, the food at the pool, and the food at the bar/restaurant were all very delicious. And the happy hour drinks were always on point!

I had an excellent stay at Lotus Blanc Resort. Beautiful resort and facilities. The staff were very kind, warm and helpful, especially the lady who checked me in. I forget her name though unfortunately. She recommended a very nice restaurant which had excellent food. I went there several times. The swimming pool area is beautiful. It's a nice retreat after a long busy day exploring temples. Easy to rent a scooter through the resort. They drop off and pick-up at resort. I would highly recommend their resort for anyone visiting Siem Reap. I would surely stay here again if i get the chance.

The airconditioner in my room was making this ringing sound. They immediately sent maintenance to take a look. But it kept on recurring. Eventually they transferred me to a different room. An upgrade actually, which was appreciated.

The pool area is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast selection top notch, vegans won’t leave hungry! Stuff was the kindest ever, they checked if the grab we ordered was the one that arrived and generally they were super helpful about everything. The hotel is quite far from the city center, but with grab available it wasn’t a problem.

Rooms are very old, the whole place looks quite old. But they were clean!

The Hotel was fantastic, the pool was lovely, clean towels put out every day for guest's comfort and the pool side bar was great, Very helpful staff and could not do enough for us. Breakfast was a buffet with chefs cooking pancakes, crepes, waffles, scrambled, fried and poached, as well as eggs benedict to order. The rooom was large and beautifully decorated. Towels and bed linen were of good quality. Bathroom was stocked well with toiletries.

Although overall clean, the rooms could do with a deep clean, a lot of accumulated dust on mirror frames and crevices on wardrobe doors.

    The location, resort, service, food

The workout facility was very out dated and 4 out of the 6 treadmills

    10AmitPosted on: 4-19-2025

Amazing and extremely helpful staff, always smiling and wants to make sure everything is perfect. Also, comfortable and pretty big room, great pool, and pretty good breakfast.

The location is not in town so a ride is required. It's not expensive, but just requires a bit of time to get to town and back.

Thank you for the great time on Khmer Day at Lotus Resort, we felt welcomed by the wonderfull staff who helped us with everything including transfers and private driver for Angkor Wat. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Great spacious room and comfy bed. Wish we had enough time to enjoy the pool which looked nice.

Just a personal preference, it would be nice to have a handheld shower as well. Hope it was just bad luck but I had one of the worst tastless beef burgers ever however my wife's meal tasted great.

The staff was very accommodating. Facilities were excellent and so was the food.

    10LaVonnePosted on: 4-16-2025

The staff was exceptional! I especially want to mention Kanika, who was outstanding. She was so warm and friendly and helped us with making tour arrangements and informing us as to available activities. She was a treasure! I also want to mention Sothat who was our driver for several tours and our trip to the airport. He was very friendly, extremely dependable, and very informative. Both of these individuals helped to make our trip very memorable.
