We keep coming back and bringing our family because we love the exceptional customer service. The staff are very kind and professional. The pool and the breakfast buffet are also amazing. The hotel is in a quiet part of town but not far from the action and temples.
There's nothing I don't like. Full disclosure, the hotel is older but the facilities are in good repair.

Second time I have stayed at this resort and is one of the cleanest and best value for money properties I have ever experienced.
Breakfast buffet was excellent in quality and variety, served in uniquely decorated dinning room or on the veranda.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel with spacious rooms and a very helpful staff.
The gym is outdated and needs new equipment. No treadmill and some of the machines are not working.

Staff are one of the best assets of Sokha Angkor hotel, especially Chet at breakfast, who was friendly and efficient and couldn't do enough for us. Also Ms Davy on the reception desk. Very pleasant and most welcoming, and remembered our names from day one. The pool area is gorgeous! Our room was huge, with the biggest bed we've ever seen in a hotel room! Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety to pick from. The location is perfect.

Very hard mattress, not to my liking. Tv was dated with limited choice. The hotel was nice but a little dated and tired.
We checked in late since our flight arrived at 8:30pm and the receptionist greeted us with a smile and to our surprise he upgraded our room to club suite which made our stay even more memorable and fantastic . everyone was very friendly and welcoming. the pool was great and the Lobby is very beautiful.

The hotel location, pool, spa and team were excellent. The pool is magnificent, the bed was comfortable and the room tasteful. The morning breakfast buffet was wonderful. My server Chet had my coffee on the table before I could sit down. Finally, the location was within walking distance to the former French quarter. It was a very good stay.

Comfortable rooms. Excellent location, very close to the Angkor National Museum and a 20-minute walk or 5-minute tuk-tuk ride from a wide range of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Good spa.
My room as a bit dark; lighting could b improved
I had an amazing stay here over New Years Eve. The room was perfect with views over the pool, amazing breakfast and great staff, especially Chet in the bar who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when in Siam Reap.

An excellent base for visiting Siem Reap (Angkor, Koh Ker, Tonle Sap). Beautiful property. Comfortable and quiet room. Great location, within a short walk or tuk-tuk ride to restaurants, and very close to the Angkor National Museum. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast.
Lighting in both the sleeping area and the bathroom were somewhat dim. Lighting should be improved.
