I stayed at Cheata Residence with a friend and we had an absolutely amazing time. The hotel is quiet, clean, and very comfortable - perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring temples and location attractions.The room was spacious and well-equipped, the beds were super comfy, and everything as spotless. The conditioning worked perfectly, which as a big plus in the Siem Reap heart. The Wi-Fi as reliable too, so we could stay connected and share our trip moments in real time.What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They arranged Tuk-Tuk for us, gave us great local recommendations, and always greeted us with a smile.Highly recommended for friends, couples, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful and affordable place to stay in Siem Reap. We will definitely come back !!!

Wi-Fi was strong, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was incredibly cozy.Breakfast was simple but fresh, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. In general the staffs were friendly, and the owners, as well.Location was outside the city, but if you're driving, it's ok.

There was lack of maintenance in the building and facilities. The swimming pool water had not been cleaned, andchemically treated. There were algae formation. The water tank at the top floor was full of algae. Experienced itches on body after the first night of stay. The fitness center comprised of a few pieces of old equipment which required repair or replacement. The water served at the poolside restaurant was likely ground water, with unpleasant taste - they should install a water purifier. For drinking water, only bottled water should be served.

I have stay at Cheata Residence multiple times and every stay remind me why I keep coming back. The bed is comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is reliable, and always sleep well thank to the peaceful location. I arrived with a sprained ankle. The care and consideration shown by the owner as well as Concierge Sam and the other staff made me feel really well looked after. I appreciated the quiet of the location being slightly outside the City but only a short taxi journey away. It's a beautifully built hotel with a calm oasis feel. I ate at the restaurant daily and enjoyed breakfasts and evening meals: fresh and well cooked. Really comfortable room with a huge bed and quality linens. Good sized balcony overlooking the prettily decorated pool. I really loved my stay here and hope to come back.

The hotel location is within a short distant to tourist attractions and shopping center.

The room was very large. The balcony is nice. The bed was very comfortable. Fresh water bottles every day. It’s quiet. The pool area is nice. Massage in spa room was wonderful. Staff was very nice despite limited English.

Quite far from the center. We had to run the water for about 7 minutes to get any hot water. Staff spoke limited English. Breakfast was served and so-so. Not much around for food options and the kitchen has limited hours.

They organised the program that we wanted. When we had some problems with the room, they solved it.

The safe, the TV, WiFi and the door key weren't working.But they solved the WiFi and the door key problem. The TV is partially worked later.

The rooms were very spacious, the pool was nice, breakfast was good,

Breakfast was fixed menu and not to much but if you asked you got more, location was not in the city but very close

Surprisingly I did not get sick.

• lizard feces in bed• dead insects in bed • dirty bedsheets (yellow stains)• dirty towels• broken showerhead • mold in the fridge• murky and smelling pool water • no breakfast buffet (like advertised on the site)• half a glass of orange juice for breakfast (how stingy can you be)• no fitness center (like advertised on the site)• pre-booked dinner was microwaved (every night)• sometimes tiny portions• noisy in the night, noisy in the morning (despite promoting this accomodation as so quiet and perfectly for relaxing)• broken AC and the staff refused to fix it nor change my room (they insisted for 2 days to "just wait 5 minutes")• staff enters hotel room at 07:00 am (probably thinking I wasn't there), theft attempt? - Management unfortunately didn't want to solve the issue.

Great place to stay! Amazing lookout for Angkor Wat, Siem Reap, and Kampong floting village. Amazing hostility! Mr. Mean Hub helped us in arranging transfer from/to airport, trip to Angkor Wat and Kampong. We Got really specious room with AC is amazing and helps you to chill alter a long day in Kambodian sun:)

Breakfast was served as per fixed a la carte menu. The hotel had a resort type feel, primarily due to its location, and swimming pool. A good value-for- money place to stay..

Lovely room, spacious and friendly staff.

it’s located far 4 km away from the downtown so if you want to stay quiet and calm place no doubt just come here. There is free pick up and drop off service. All facilities are nice especially the pool. Friendly and welcoming staff will help you as well as you want. Cheap and tasty cocktails are served. Also breakfast is optional and portions are much.

The room I stayed was large as very comfort bed with cooling aircon, everything are provided during the stay from toiletry to hair dryer. Not to mention the smart key to unlock and smart key to access the electricity in the room. Although there’s some smal stain on the pillow sheet, but hey everything else are all on point including the balcony it’s pool view, separete toilet from bathroom. Overall I love my stay. Thank you all staff and bong Lok for the kind guesture and the man who offer me water.

Everything was fabulous. Room was luxurious, meals were lovely, the pool area was gorgeous and the hosts were amazing!! So welcoming and treated us like family xxx We booked for 3 nights then extended another 2!
