Everything - old world charm, impeccable genuine service, modern comforts and conveniences. Outstanding value for money. Delicious creatively presented food - it was gastronomic heaven. I am a frequent traveler who has never rated a hotel before but I felt compelled to make an exception this time.

The bed in #153 was noisy and hard.

The hotel room was very nice and clean. The staff was extremely nice and even remembered all our names. The hotel prepared us breakfast boxes when we had an early day trip to see the sunrise. The facilities were up to standard with the gym, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. It is a short tuktuk ride away from Pub street and the town center.

Amazing breakfast. Very nice swimming pool, spa and gym. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Staff has been quite arranging despite some misunderstandings. Beautiful hotel. Great restaurant for both western and local food. Close to city center, with easy access to Angkor temples, Tongle Sap lake, and airport.

Laundry price is super expensive compared to outside services.

Great staff and very welcoming.Good lunch options, good breakfast.Hotel is 6 minutes away from pub street by Tuktuk so it’s not too far and it’s pushed back enough that you don’t have the noise from the street.

We stayed in the Royal suite and the best was hard like a rock. The attached bedroom for our son had a much better mattress.Breakfast is kinda basic. No mini Bar in the room and kitchen was bare.

Beautiful property, spacious room and good breakfast. Loved the decorations with Khmer artifacts and silk textiles in rooms and public areas in the hotel. Spa and pool areas are great.

    Nothing really

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (100/10)Our experience at Borei Angkor Resort and Spa was absolutely outstanding. It is without a doubt one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at and easily the best when it comes to customer service. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making our stay truly memorable. The buffet is excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The restaurant food is also top-notch, beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, comfortable, and well designed, providing plenty of space to relax. The entire property is spotlessly clean, which is evident throughout all areas of the hotel. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions while still being quiet and peaceful. The spa is wonderful and perfect for unwinding after a long day; the treatments are excellent and the atmosphere is very relaxing. For those who enjoy staying active, the hotel has an excellent and fully equipped gym, ideal for maintaining an exercise routine while traveling. We highly recommend this hotel. It exceeded all of our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again

I had a wonderful stay at Borei! Great room, great service! The staff at the reception desk were kind enough to work with me on scheduling a late check out, which was very helpful. Some of the great staff include Chantrea, Likechou, Anisa and Andy (reception)....and also Bilika (gift shop).

Beautiful decor, excellent breakfast, and the staff was exceptional.

    9ShahPosted on: 12-16-2025

Spacious rooms, great and very friendly staff - able to respond to issue quickly and efficiently, very good location close to tourist areas.

Buffet breakfast was very good but could be better - no fresh juice and limited range of vegetarian options.

    8RaghuPosted on: 12-11-2025

Location. Right off the Main Street. Easy to find.

I had a little higher expectations of the breakfast. Although quite elaborate, by the third morning, ran out of things to eat. Fruits were not replenished at fast enough pace. And it wasn’t as flavorful as I thought they would be. A solid 8/10 though. I’m a harsh critic of food!!

    10MIRIAMPosted on: 10-2-2025

The hotel exceeded our expectations and I would say is more magnificent and grand than the photos showed, It is beautifully designed with many varieities of native woods and stone work, with lush landscaping everywhere; the pool area is beautiful and spacious; the spa also very nicely set up. The hotel is nicely set back off the road and you really felt like you were away from it all while still being close to everything. We had a spa treatment every day for nine days, and we were satisfied with all of them. The staff is very professional, very sweet, very helpful. In fact Cambodian people are perhaps the sweetest people I have met anywhere. We had the hotel arrange a guide and transportation to see Angkor Wat and that was excellent, He was very knowledgeable, we learned a lot on our two outings with him. The room was comfortable and we appreciated the little balcony with table and seating . The beds and sheets were great, comfy, we slept well.

There are no vegetarian entrees at breakfast; we could ask the chef to make us rice with veggies and tofu, and that was good, but we wound up eating out at a very excellent vegetarian cafe for our meals.

Well decorated and stuffed. The breakfast was wonderful. Most of all, the staffs were friendly.

The air conditioning in the hallway was not on all the time, so the hallway was warm.

A great five-star hotel located close to the city centre. The rooms are big and beautifully designed. The lobby is gorgeous. There is also a very good restaurant serving local food. Quite inside and out, no street noise at all.The staff are kind and warm. That was great holidays
