Uncomplicated check-in. Room is clean.

The hotel was in a small village and the adjacent restaurant was not open. It has been closed since May this year.

Good breakfast and a fantastic host who helped us with great helpful tips

The design is great, and the fact that it has an elevator

I cannot recommend the hotel with small children. The room is too small to fit a cot and there are not enough cupboards to put things together. The hotel does not have any additional space or self-service kitchen where you could prepare something for the baby or reheat. There is a small fridge in the hallway that is used by 9 rooms, pointless. The shower cabin is battered and water comes out.

Easy to find

Lack of cleanliness, no welcoming drink or snacks, no coffee machine in the room, the bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable.

Roadworks outside the hotel during our stay. Obviously not the fault of the hotel, but it was noisy in the morning.

There was no ventilator in the room and it was extremely hot and difficult to sleep. Checking in the reception the next morning, it was supposed to have one. Having one would have made the experience much better

Great with parking and a fan in the room since the room was very hot.

No restaurant in the hotel and the only restaurant (pizzeria) in the village was closed on Wednesdays. We did not find any information about this before we arrived which we would have appreciated. Left us to walk 3,5 km × 2 to eat. Road work outside (noicy) and the church bells rang 4-5 times during the night so I could not sleep.

We thought the restaurant would be open in the evenings but it wasn’t. Very small detail but - change the black tea brand, it was tasteless!!

Noise from church bells and busy road very close by. Reserve rooms at the back of the hotel and these issues are much reduced

I would always recommend coming to Hotel Adler Ittendorf. Very friendly and competent service throughout our stay. Amazing dinner, breakfast includes everything we needed.

The overall ambience was really nice, the staff was friendly, and the service (and options) at the breakfast were really great.

The WiFi was not working most of the time and even then, several rooms had no coverage (the cellular reception was equally bad).

Very good hotel. Old outside but modern inside

The breakfast was ok, not so many varieties of food. The Wifi was very bad, most of the time there was no Wifi at all. The staff claimed that it is a topical situation for that region.

Beautiful older building, only a short drive to the lake.

Wifi only allowed for a few people at a time, and kept dropping.Additionally, the breakfast was €16 and had minimum selection, compared to what was shown in the pictures.
