We had a wheelchair accessible room as I m in a wheelchair. It was very well maintained. The bathroom was big and well equipped. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was both continental and Indian. My family enjoyed the trip.

I wish that there was an accessible pathway till the beach. I used to stay near the pool and my kids and husband used to walk to the beach.

Breakfast was very good. Great spread. Unfortunately a lot of guests don't use fresh plates and keep touching food with hands. The pool looked great and quite a few people were enjoying using it.

The wait staff in the restaurant looked just too overworked I think. I think a couple may have been ill as well.

The staff were nice in general but all were u trained. They took our order and got 3 out o of 5 wrong. We had to call the reception 5 times before we for an extra bed. It was worse than two star service wise. Very disappointed and not worth the cost of the room.

We booked two rooms and they should have accommodated us next to each other.

We were told new year night event was included in the package over the phone. But the story was different when we were there.

The inflexibility of the hotel on late check out. I had taken 5 rooms and wanted a 2 hour late check out for just 1 room, which the hotel did not agree to. This is the 2nd time its happened.

The rooms could have been better allocated and upgraded like said to us at checkin.

The beach access was not i was expecting. It was very near to beach and not much room for enjoyment.

Only the ambience is nice with good location and beach access. Such bad service. Travelling with a child , paying more than 30k for a good holiday we were so disappointed. Not a single thing we asked was brought to us on time. They said additional bed is available when we checked in at 2pm. Then we asked them to put it at 8pm they said it’s not available only the mattress is available. We waited for 2 hours for someone to put the bed for us, finally got frustrated and took the bed from outside ourselves and put it in. Cutlery and plates also they took an hour to get. The water got clogged in the sink and we asked for a plumber which took more than an hour too. The hair dryer in the room was not working so we asked them to get another one since my daughter had played in the pool and had to wash her hair, it didn’t come till 12:30 when we are all ready to check out. Very very bad service!

The food, pool, access to the beach and staff were all big positives at this property. The rooms were also spacious and clean so no complaints there.

The furniture in the rooms feels a little outdated and could use a refurbish.

Staff were co-operative and friendly. I enjoyed the quality of the breakfast, such as it was, even though the South Indian options for a vegan were very limited (see below). We appreciated the fitness centre, and our room once it was properly sorted.

A few things. While we were 'upgraded' to a better room upon check-in, the room to which we were allocated had an overpowering chemical odour of air freshener that appeared to be covering up a bad smell underneath. The staff were co-operative when we asked to change room, but no guest should be put in such a room to begin with, upgrade or not. The pool wasn't as clean as when we were here last, with two plastic water bottles and other debris languishing at the bottom. Dairy products were listed in South Indian breakfast items that normally don't have it: e.g. poori and idli should not have milk as ingredient. Perhaps the labelling was wrong, but in that case it needs attending to as vegans will avoid it. There were hardly any vegan dinner items listed on general menu so we went elsewhere for dinner.

Breakfast was pretty good with live stations for eggs and Dosai. The pool was clean and had a lot of fun there. Beach was also good but was closed at 6 PM. It would be good if the beach was open for a little longer. The rooms were very good and had an outdoor patio overlooking the gardens. It was a great place to hang around and spend time.

I felt that the rooms were slightly pricey. Beach being closed after 6PM seemed too early.
