The deal is not found fair. In the app, under the facilities, it is committed that airport pick up(free). Although, ₹1200/- was charged. The charge was also said everything inclusive prior to reaching, but ₹100/- was charged after journey. However, the property is new and clean. Location is very nice.

No lift , surroundings of the guesthouse are dirty.Staff don't know how to treat guests, they must be trained to behave with hospitality.Need more professionalism from staff.No clothes hanging rod in bathroom, No soap handler too..

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. It's proximity to the tourist spots ,beach and restaurant is a big advantage.

We went as a family of 10 members including my octogenarian parents. It was a disappointment and a big challenge for my parents as there was no elevators. We took 4 rooms and one of the room's blanket was stinking

Curtains to be bigger and should be covering the entire window for front facing windows.Mosquitos to be cautiously avoided surrounding the place.

The room was very clean. Also got proper room service. We had sea view. And the location is near many tourist spots. It was a very nice experience.

Sparkly clean rooms, bed and accessories. Large size rooms and beds. Very comfortable stay.Special mention to Jeeva and Anthony for making us extra comfortable with all their fast service and hospitality.Great value for money

We were provided rooms in 2nd floor and this hotel is still under construction so lift is not operational. With senior citizen we had tough time

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with the cleanliness. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was immaculate with fresh towels and toiletries neatly arranged. The bedding was clean and well-made, contributing to a comfortable stay. Last but not least, the support staff were very helpful and polite.

No room service. Need spacious wardrobes, Small Dining Table and chairs. Curtains should exceed the width of windows to provide more darkness by preventing penetration of sun light to get optimized cooling effect of AC.Must provide card swiping machines, suppose guest traveled only with his credit card, what will be his situation

Good location, near the beach, in fact ocean view from rooftop and second floor rooms. Good spacious rooms, well maintained n nicely decorated. Not to mention helpful staff and friendly manager.

Location is very good. Rooms are very neat and clean. Service persons are cordial enough in service at rooms.

Foods are not available inside premises. Hygiene is not good in fact the plates which were served in room service are cleaned by garden pipe water.

The place is as mentioned in the photos. It's about 350 m from the beach and is surrounded by most of the restaurants. The staff are welcoming and provides you with most of the toiletries. I stayed for 2 nights where they had changed the bedsheets and the towels the second day . The rooms are enormous. Would highly recommend

Nothing is particular

Very spacious room, very big bed, a balcony with a lot of space, a table, chairs, shelves, hot water, a lot of natural light in the room, surrounded by the neem trees, even some sea view from my room 201.I enjoyed my stay there. It is a very nice place and the staff there is very kind, polite and supportive.They provide free water. The cleaning lady comes upon request. They even helped me with recharging my phone plan.

Only the garbage in the street at the backside. Someone always burns the garbage there. Smoke comes into the room. And guys like to sit at the backside at night and talk loudly.

Mosquitos, no lift, no cupboard, no phone connecting the front desk

I had a great time, the Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was impeccable, super clean and the bed was a dream. Thank you soooo much!

We were a large family of 12, the stay was very comfortable. We could walk to the beach for sunrise. Jeevan was very courteous. Rooms were brand new and clean.

Location - it was right at the center easy access to beach and other places

Certain areas are still under construction , the property would have a better or enhanced look and feel once the construction is completed
