Check in and check out time should be 2:00 pm and 12:30 respectively. 3 pm check in is very inconvenient and the check out time of 11:00 am is too early.

Bathroom & Toilet stinking smell
The staff were the backbone of this property which was perhaps nearing its time for a major revamp. Although quite spread out and spacious, the age of the property was quite evident in every part of the property. The fittings in the rooms, swimming pool, the decor and the reception were all showing signs of wrinkles from the years of wonderful service this property might have delivered so far. Everything was functional though.
It is probably time for the property managers/owners to invest some capital into renewing the infrastructure and bring it upto standard compared to some of the other properties in the area. This would be an additional strength to the already strong and hospitable staff.

Rooms are not clean, Towels are very old and patchy towels. Restaurant Rates are very high .

The service was horrible. They forgot my order. They charge Rs 120 for a bottle of Kenley . The food is very expensive and tasted bad. The flush came off and taps were old and rusted

Pathetic stay experience. Uncomfortable room. AC was not working. Food costs are expensive and no value for money.
We enjoyed everything about our stay. There were lots of fun activities for the family crowd. We particularly enjoyed the pool and beach. Food was also good at the restaurant, snacks were served in the evening.

Great location, good food and we tried their cocktail too. Decent resort for family. many activities for everyone available. kids can enjoy very much.
I'am overall happy about my stay at Chariot. Being a 5 star hotel they happen to maintain standards which is appreciable. Private beach access is yet another added advantage. The golden fried prawn was tasting very delicious and desserts too.
It's an extravagant property filled with greenery. Loved to be in middle of the green lushes and the blue ocean. This was a great staycation for us. It was a much needed getaway for us and thanks to all from the Chariot team who all made it special for us.
Only stayed 1 night but the hotel has standard rooms and very clean. All the staff from reception to restaurant were really friendly.
Great Stay... Loved their hospitality. The front office team is courteous and we had a smooth check in and check out. The formalities were simple. We later spent time hanging around the property. They have gardens with fruits and vegetables and I hope they are using their own yields. Decent restaurant with good spread.
Very neat and clean rooms. we enjoyed the view from our room, they have extensive pool which can accommodate many people at a time. nice place to spend time peacefully.

Very bad room, not well cleaned and maintained room. Broken switches and roofs. Very smelly ? rooms. Food is also not tasty . Totally not worth the money
