Excellent breakfast , outstanding location . All major places within walking distance .

The breakfast is tasty and the hotel restaurant provide good vegetarian food (we didn't try the non-veg restaurant).The swimming pool looks nice although we didn't have time to enjoy it.Many of the attractions are within walking distance.

The aircon in the room was rather loud.

The staff were helpful, the room was nice, and we had the pool to ourselves. Their Japanese restaurant did good food too.

Poolside small for guest numbers and only a few sunbeds. Not really a problem if you not interested in sun bathing.

The location is very comfortable for any tourists places, near the beach and restaurants as well.

Great location. Close to most of the tourist attractions. Beach within a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and shops around hotel. Spacious clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice pool with pool towels Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice including eggs, dosa and puri freshly cooked. Helpful staff.

No safe in room. Pool could be cleaner. Hot water in shower took a while to flow. No hand towels. Lack of sun loungers and umbrellas.

Great location to visit the historic temples. Room was clean but basic, and the breakfast was good.

Very comfortable and we arrived at 3am to a nice welcome. The breakfast was good and the staff very pleasant. The reception staff were charming, enthusiastic and helpful.

Easy access to walk to many of the Mahabalipuram sculptures. Accommodating, helpful staff.

Location. Property maintained well. Polite staff

Staff not in a position to respond to special needs like providing simple food like dosa for a child ( after buffet breakfast ). This in Tamilnadu! They used to be so helpful a few years ago and that was the reason for repeat guests. Management may have changed. The personal element has gone. My friend from.Europe stays here every year because of this and after this visit was so disappointed that she may stay elsewhere from now on.Management should allow the staff to be flexible. They seem capable and willing.

Great location and venue. All the staff were doing their best to look after guests. Rooms, pool, and restaurant all clean, comfortable and tidy.

The fridge wasn't working. After a couple of missed visits by the tech reception rang at 9.15pm to ask if tech could come to the room. We declined as we were in bed but he came and knocked on the door anyway. We asked for toilet paper, water, tea bags and a sheet on day 2. These things arrived randomly throughout the day and the sheet didn't come at all. House keeping was offered at 3.30pm. The batteries in the air con remote didn't work. We asked for them to be changed and were given them back unchanged. They worked for two minutes then no go again. Everyone is really trying to do their best but there don't seem to be very good systems in place to get the basics done well. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay and staff were friendly and well meaning.
