New Hotel so room was clean and nice AC and bathroom was nice.

Hotel don't have facility of Restaurant. This is negative fact for this new Hotel

We only like the staff who work in the reception.

We normally travel to different cities very often. Always book the rooms through Booking.com. this is our first experience getting a bad room to stay. The room is not maintained as it shows in the pictures, the bed was not comfortable. Towels are very old. No amenities in the rooms such as coffee , tea sets and wash room amenities etc.. The A/C was not properly working , very hard to contact reception. The TV remote was missing in the room. Breakfast timing was 7:00-9:00 , unfortunately the breakfast was closed at 8:00 as per the staff when we went up there. The overall experience was very poor. Never recommend this property to anyone.

We expected much bigger room- This was just business type- might be my judgmental error while booking or bcz of fancy pics depicting a much bigger room - 3* ? not at all.Front office was not much helpful; just like "you manage yourself" attitude.My wife was with me; yet nobody came to help with our luggage or to show the room even !Many times the reception give wrong wifi password- the guy was in a hurry to change shift, I guess.Bcz when we returned after dinner it was another chap who had no clue about our matter !

Disappointing

Room had cockroaches. On my request they cleaned, but quite a few re-appeared. On Bed, On wall, in wash room. They must fix this issue.

Rooms were good, breakfast spread was not very elaborate. But cook was very nice and helpful

We arrived at 5 pm on the day of check in. The reception staff cum manager told that our booking has been cancelled.We asked what is reason of cancellation. He told that they have sent us a mail on the same day morning asking about our time of arrival. Since they have not received our reply, they have cancelled our booking.We said that we were travelling all day, so we could not see their mail. However, our visa card details are given to Booking.Com. If we do not arrive on the day of check-in, then they can charge for a night, but they cannot cancel booking.We had to argue almost one and half hour. When we said we are not going to move. Then he gave back our rooms. Booking.com should investigate the matter

Location is great, the bed and room are very nice and clean.

The hotel's travel agency, Sapphire Club Tours, arranged an overnight house boat tour for us, and we were extremely disappointed in this. Apart from the boat being much less luxurious than expected, we had payed for 8 hours boating (12-6 on day1 and 7-9 on day 2) and were only on the water for 6 hours. It took us so much time and effort to get them to cruise for 1 more hour, in which they just floated terribly slowly on the same canal we had been. Very sad to ruin our holiday spirit with this.

Good business hotel, well located, 15 mts from Ernakulam Town Rail station, 10 mts from Junction/North station, 15 mts from MG Road. Has a good restaurant 5 mts away for, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean, big room

Water after shower spreads to entire floor. Mop should be provided, so that customer himself can clear

4-5 cochroaces in the room, we ended up "sleeping" with the light on, checking around from time to time if we have visitors

I have made reservations for two days. I waited for half an hour to get someone to check in.. Room was not tidy and clean. The floor was covered with hairs and dust. AC was not working the whole night and there were no TV channels.Next day they changed my room, but left with an opened water bottle that someone used. The shower towels are not clean.Again they requested to move to another room... This hotel ruined my trip and is not worthy of staying here.From my experience, DO NOT STAY if you want a peaceful trip. My rating overall Zero... dated on September 16th 2023.

Room was tiny. AC controls manually mounted on wall high up near the AC. No remote provided.

Staffs are good and rooms are neat and clean.

Mentioned free wifi but when we try to connect it shows need password.

No provision for payment via international cards or via PayPal. Breakfast was reasonable. There were ants in our room. Even though we put the "make my room" sign, still no one cleaned our room. Non existent sound proofing, you can basically hear everything happening outside your room. Loud noises heard during the night for 2 nights in a row which made it impossible to be able to sleep. On the second night, we called the reception at the midnight but still the noises continued. After complaining on the third day, it was quieter on the third night and the cleaning of room was addressed too.

Immaculately clean rooms. Excellent breakfast

The room had a connecting door (locked) with the adjacent room which was not comfortable. They gave a new room after 1 night

The rates are high. Within the same range cud get a better located hotel.
