Behavior of the hotel management. Speaking in a offensive manner. Not owning responsibility of the safety and concerns of the customers. Checked us into a room with no air conditioning, no air circulation, no water in the toilette and washroom, traces of animal remains left uncleaned in the room.

I feel floor is sticky. Also water takes more time to heat. Otherwise hotel is good. Location near by railway stration. Staff is helpful. Nice ambience. Good tasty food.

It was good place for stay and clean.. near to ernakulam junction and metro station...Also Street food near by...

Hot water is available only in morning...

Location ONLY- suitable if you have early morning train and need a few hours/overnight stay.

Cheap yes-but not VFM at all. Rundown rooms with a hard mattress (or cleanup-if ever done, decided to put the hard side on top). Did not get proper sleep because of this. Washroom wasn’t all that great either. Had flies all over the ceiling and no ventilation I made the mistake of thinking it wouldn’t matter to choose the non-AC room as it was just a 10-12hr stopover. Not sure if the AC room would have helped but next door a worker was using the wall grinder machine at 12:30am/1am.

Hotel was close to the Ernakulam Junction station, 5 mins walk. Plenty of eateries around. Plenty of auto rickshaws too. Just walkable distance from MG Road, the main shopping street. Hotel is centrally located and one can easily reach all main places.Talking about the room, it was big, neat and well maintained. Room price was reasonable too. There is a restaurant below which offers good tasty choice of foods.Staff: from front desk to room service and house keeping, all were friendly, ever smiling and helpful young men. I don't see anything to complain about. I think I will make this place my chosen stay destination as and when I visit Ernakulam. Very nice and safe place to stay with family too

I liked how clean the hotel was and the location of hotel which was near to Ernakulam South Railway Station.

The food, the bed and the bathroom

Location is good near to metro and other facilities.

1.We found the window doors was not able to close and so mosquitos came inside at night.2. There was spider nets and spider inside one room. We cleaned it

Liked the site, near to South railway station.

But it is too expensive . For quadrant room with out ac the amount was 3200 and food is too expensive. A coffee costs 35/-. The building is fairly old and the wooden door of the washroom is too hard to open. There is no exhaust fan in washroom which created big problem. Not satisfied and not worth for the money. There are ample number of hotels with three star facility which provides good facility with a moderate amount
