Forte Kochi was such a wonderful surprise! From the moment I arrived, I was cared for by the professional and kind staff. The whole atmosphere is magical, like an oasis. The food is excellent and location is perfect for waking to all the main sights. I was a solo traveller and felt like I had a home in Kochi that helped me with anything I needed. Highly recommend and I cannot wait to return!!!

literally the worst service and so so so overpriced the food options are also so lacking and the food doesn’t taste good at all. you can easily stay at a taj at the price

The design of the hotel is exquisite it’s very beautiful! The staff were super friendly and welcoming!

The hotel design is very beautiful, the pool is a plus, the staff were so wonderfully kind and helpful. Try to request a room not on the ground floor or at least not facing the street because it might get noicy. Other than that everything was great!

The prices we were offered for arranged rides to our next stop upon our request were really pricey compared to Uber and other transportation websites.

The ambience is truly relaxing; the color combinations & decor were innovative while staying exotic.The pool & outdoors was clean & well maintained inspite of the monsoon.The traditional Kerala dishes were delicious & are a positive attraction!The staff were very enthusiastic to make guests comfortable & will perform even better with appropriate guidance & experience! Best wishes to the team!

The room air conditioning was not great. The restaurant seating felt cramped since we were a big group.

Even though we checked in very late. But our request for one hour late check out was not granted.

Really beautiful property with the perfect location and staff, couldn’t be better! Complimentary heritage walk with the great guide was a very nice touch, thank you!

The breakfast needs to be improved

Excellent property, great service! Special mentions for 1) front desk manager Chacko, who made us feel very welcome when we arrived and had an answer for any query 2) Durga, the always smiling host of Jetty restaurant in the hotel, who took great care of our orders whether at the restaurant or in-room.

Not a criticism, just a suggestion. Maybe start the breakfast services slightly earlier? 6.30am? There are no food options available anywhere nearby early in the morning. So for early birds - 6.30am breakfast would be amazing.

Beautiful authentic heritage style building,surroundings,pool area.Room lovely.

Nice staff, spotlessly clean, really comfortable room. We slept like babies. Common spaces are great to hung out. The morning walking tour was very informative and interesting. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Kochi.

Breakfast maybe could improve, but it was pretty good anyway.

The facilities were beautiful, the pool was great after a hot day out exploring Kochi. The staff were lovely and the breakfast excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Staff great. Very lovely hotel in a great location. Baths need an upgrade and TV need to connect to WiFi. Other than that great.
