I liked the staff members in this hotel specially Ms Lekha the front desk manager. She’s one of the type any employer would love to have in his leading staff list. I observed the staff attentive, helpful and together they work as a team; for the guest it’s a welcoming experience making them feel better taken care. I give full credit to the service standards.
Clean and staff
Some of the facilities did not work. You have to ask for basic needs. Toilet paper, napkins, extra towels.
