Stay date: January 8thThis stay was deeply disappointing due to serious lapses in hygiene and maintenance. Both bed sheets had dry blood stains clearly visible from a distance. We checked in late at night with dim lighting, so it wasn’t noticed initially, but it was immediately obvious the next morning.In addition, the air-conditioning was not cooling properly. We contacted the front desk, and a staff member was sent, but he only looked at the thermostat and claimed it was working. He did not check the actual room temperature or properly inspect the unit, and the room remained uncomfortable.Management acknowledged that the bedding issue should never have happened and accepted responsibility. However, an apology alone is not an adequate response to issues of this seriousness.This feedback is shared expecting the hotel management to take accountability and respond appropriately.

I booked 4 exclusive room with family and kids They never considered us like a family give 4 bedroom in different floors very irresponsible friend disk and staff I never go again ?

Spacious room, Good AC and hot water, well behaved staff, neatness. Great location.

Quality of preparation of Breakfast could be improved. Breakfast buffet containers are kept without lids. Should cover the food to avoid mosquitos/flies and also as a general hygiene precaution.Operation of Guest room lighting control panel is bit confusing. In-house restaurant menu seems to be of limited choices.

Very nice beautiful hotel and close to metro station for touring around the city. As soon I entered the reception I was treated like a VIP, the check-in process was very smooth by the wonderful reception staff. As soon I entered the room, I was so stunned and speechless how beautiful it was, just had a little tear in my eye, it was tears of joy. Excellent tea making facilities, nice fluffy towels, lovely beautiful toiletries with nice aromas, bed was extremely comfortable with a beautiful nice sleep, perfect aircon to keep cool, good choice of TV channels, I was able to iron my clothes with the iron and board that was provided and there is a fine selection of Tea and Coffee that was provided. Breakfast was included and I have to say, this has been the best hotel breakfast I ever had during my 35 years of travelling experience. The breakfast buffet was perfect, there was something for everybody, choice of Indian or my usual western breakfast. The waiter staff were always available for extra request which I ordered freshly cooked omelette. I had one issue with Wi-Fi connection in my room but the IT manager went the extra mile to fixed the problem and resolved it. I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights and if I come back to Kochi, I will not hesitate to book again. Thank you for making my holiday at Kochi very special and I look forward to return someday.

LOCATION WAS PRIME . THE STAFF ALL WAS FRIENDLY., THE SECURITY WAS EXCELLENT. FOOD WAS GOOD. CLEANLINESS PERFECT. I LIKE THE STA 100% .NEXT TIME IF I VISIT COCHIN I WILL DEFINTELY CHOOSE THIS HOTEL

Upon the entry of the hotel the staff where very friendly and accommodating, the hotel did not have air conditioning throughout, the hotel had a strange smell and appeared unclean. Within the room although presented nice, the bathroom was full of mould, the toilet didn’t flush properly, not sound proof (was able to hear all neighbouring travellers and staff). The bed was comfortable however the air conditioner in the room was not cold. Breakfast was not bad, not a great deal of variety. Would not stay again.

Very old building - Small lifts- small bathrooms- ( Literally no space) Restaurant not up to the mark, During check out inspection / room check really degrading.

No such facilities as of a 4 star hotel. I think this is fake. Facilities only such of a 2 star. When I reached hotel no security or staff to assist us to park my car. When I try to park then one man said this is not parking area. Then I asked him and he show me 500 m distant park area. When I reach there one with security uniform asked me why are you parking here this is not common area. Then I said I came to hotel then he says guest should say that. His behaviour is as that Guest are nuisance. He didn't even assist me for parking. Then I went to hotel. The Reception is also not good as comytp other even 3 star hotels. They said my room is at 8 th floor and give me room key. No one come with me to show room or assist to carry baggage. Then when I asked room service for food they said only after 7 pm. When my friend come to see me, Reception staff doesn't allow. They says no one from outside is not allowed. When I contact them they stand in this decision itself. So I vacate my room in that night itself. Overall VERY POOR experience. Other thing is that staff behaviour as a Government staff as they do what they wish and guest is not important to them and also .

Location is Heart of Kochi. Staff were friendly.

Wanted a repair for the door lock. Was not expected. But staff responded very fast.

Location of the Property

The Photo shows the Gokulam Park Hotel but during check in they said it is in the convention centre behind the hotel. The Wi-fi was bad, the said the server was down

There are two hotels going by almost the same name and if you book online you are in a budget hotel which is clean , ok but not even a bellboy to pick your bags , no restaurant after 10 pm
