From the front office to the spa and the rooftop café, everything about this place felt truly special. The staff are clearly handpicked so welcoming, attentive, and warm and the hospitality throughout was absolutely top-notch. I only had the chance to stay for one day, but it was more than enough to leave a lasting impression. I will definitely be coming back, and this will always be my safe place in Cochin for future visits

Location was quiet but still had access to what I needed. Food and markets are 1-2 minutes away walking. It was very fancy. The shower had hot water and great pressure. After staying in hostels, it was a very refreshing change. Their massage services were also excellent.

I really liked the hotel it’s very modern, with friendly staff and a nice area. The room was very comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent.

The restaurant service and food were average. A few times they forgot to serve water and take my food order, which was disappointing. Also, there was only one ashtray in the entire restaurant, so if another guest wanted to smoke, they had to wait for it.Overall, it was a good experience, and I would still recommend the hotel.

Stayed here for 12 nights and had an amazing experience. Staffs were incredibly welcoming and kind. Loved the beautifully designed cafe' at the roof top - calm ambience and absolutely delicious meals, especially the breakfast. Really appreciated how they remembered our preferences. Spa services were excellent too. Would love to visit again.

Classy. Warm. Quiet. Nice staff. Central. Perfect for a short-stay-over and relaxation after a long flight. All very accommodating and lovely being there.

Nothing to not like actually -Just one thing to mention: avoid transport during peak hours as you will be stuck in traffic to/from Fort Kuchi for about 1-1,5 hours :(

Second time staying here. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Has a pleasant atmosphere and a good calming fragrance throughout the hotel. The staffs are very helpful and friendly.Water pressure was excellent and washroom is very clean.

We booked 2 rooms, WiFi on 2nd floor room (nobility) was extremely poor. Need to step out of the room to access WiFi. Room service meals cost the same as the restaurant itself but the portions are much lesser. (Ordered South Indian filter coffee in both restaurant and room service, only half mug served for room service, and in restaurant it was a full mug).Proximity to shopping areas is a little distant, needs Uber/ Auto to go to those areas.

Comfortable stay, value for money, closer to the city and helpful staff. From the looks they seems to have good spa facility and additionally they provide services to guests such as saree draping etc if required.

Maybe more parking space for guests esp during peak season & more options for breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff—from the front desk to the housekeeping team—were cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The spa center was a highlight, offering professional Ayurvedic massages that left me feeling completely relaxed.

It would be great to have a café or separate kitchen that serves a variety of local dishes, as the current café offers only continental options. Providing a dental kit and a notepad with pen in the room would also be a nice touch.

Good and very friendly staff. Soumya in reception was very good. Otherwise the place is good and may stay there again.

Massage personal need training. Cannot have Massage, reception and odd job people to also provide Massage.

Rooms are big, staff is friendly and very nice roof top

Hotel is old, smell is very bad in the room, equipments are old and not well maintained It's also noisy We planned to stay one week but we left after 2 days

We had a one-night stay in here after a long day of travelling. I don't think I had a better sleep in years, the rooms were clean and the beds super comfy! The staff were very attentive and helpful. Shoutout to the chef at the restaurant upstairs who made us some fabulous drinks and was very friendly!

Did not take any breakfast since there was really no Kerala or Indian cuisine.

The food was a bit pricey.

Very bed staff they called police for 30 delay and charge 500 rs also I can't recommend and never stay back to this hotel

It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room itself was beautiful and our room was made specially for our arrival. We would definitely be back to stay here next time we are over!

It was a beautiful hotel. The room we booked was the "Deluxe Double Room" but in actuality this is their lowest tier room. We found that the name was a bit misleading, but they do list the size of the room to be 15 sq meters . I don't believe that the room was thoroughly cleaned. The bedding and towels were fresh, but a layer of dust had accumulated on surfaces like the mirror and stainless steel trash can. We were asked whether we wanted to the room clean the next day but we were leaving that night so we did decline the offer, we just wished the room was thoroughly clean when we initially checked in. I'm pretty sure this is due to it being a "budget/basic room" but cleanliness should be a standard whether you are in a suite or not.

Room names were misleading.

The property was well kept. The spa and beauty services were an add on which made the stay very relaxing.

Spa cost seemed high. Wash basin was not in the shower and w/c room. Still a great place to stay.
