- The rooms were not properly cleaned. I believe the housekeeping staff needs to do more to maintain the hotel's cleanliness. There were spiders and cockroaches in the room. The A/C was not working properly, and we had to change rooms twice.The only good thing about the hotel was the staff member, Mr. Albin. Poor guy—he was always available and attentive to our complaints.I think the hotel management should take the condition of the rooms more seriously. There is a bar in the hotel, and since the majority of the revenue comes from it, there seems to be little focus on the hotel rooms and cleanliness.

The restaurant was closed due to some renovation work so there were eating facilities.The hotel has recently been set up only.The location was rubbish was it was in the middle of nowhere.We had to get a taxi (very difficult) to go to a nearby restaurant to eat anything.I cancelled my future stay with this hotel that I was booked on

Mr. Jenson was very helpful and went out of his way to see that we were comfortable and well looked after.For food, only room service is available as of now. Very clean.Good value for money.
