Room and the view
The reception staff was excellent. They were very accomodating and kind.
Hygiene maintanence could have been a lot better. The room and sheets were not the cleanest.
The bed and location.
No restuarant.
Property was Clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. staffs very friendly and professional.
Evrything seemed neat, there were toiletries and hot water.
It was dusty, but couldn't be noticed. We switched on the AC and I was sneezing all night due to the dust which came out of it.
Room was clean and tidy.. mainly restroom was very clean..staffs were good and over all good hospitality
They have solar based geaser so if it's rains we don't get hot water
Prime location and great rooms
Plug points near the bed weren't working and bathroom could have been cleaner
It's a neat hotel. Parking was bit struggling but the staff were AMAZING. Very nice guys. Room was clean and comfy, location was good too (there is a good restaurant next to it and they offer free delivery) . Since I was booking "genius", owner was bit upset that my hotel amount included breakfast, so I skipped one day breakfast out of two. However owner was happy to provide me the breakfast later- so no hard feelings there. Very good staff, very friendly too. Breakfast is brought from other hotel, which is okay but checked the condition where they make coffee - it wasnt that great as it was an outside shack. I felt like that may be I lived almost all my life in Canada. Will I go back to that hotel - YES 100%.
Shack where they made the coffee.
Helpful staff, nice rooms
Bathroom was not clean
Nothing to say. Simply waste
Booked room in this hotel based on good ratings and reviews but it's not like that. Room not cleaned. AC not working. Paid money not for this dirty room. Before asking us vaccinated or not you guys clean the room first. I was not able to check out the room on the same day because I paid already. Next day checked out the room. Stay away from this hotel.
The Receptionist sitting at the counter do not have any courtesy. He behaves as if he is Great and the Guests are at his doorsteps for his mercy. Actually I came to Ernakulam for a week`s stay to complete my work, but I vacated the room and occupied a nearby Lodge. After paying the Bill he refused to spare me an envelope to put the Bill saying that they do not have any envelope.
Location was good. Good parking space. Overall good ambience. Everything else was good and satisfsctory.
Found some places of bedsheet not clean. At times there was bad smell in bathroom but it was clean. I stayed there between 9pm-7am and during this period did not get hot water in the bathroom.
My experience is pay another 50percent and stay in a good hotel..
No hot water. Poor taps and shower not working and its loose and comes out.
Good location and ambience
Window was opening to next house balcony.
Staf good
