Niko Hotels

Moderate size rooms.Very clean.Good location.1 hour from airport. 15 mins from metro. 20 mins from Ernakulam Junction South.Courteous staff.Average breakfast.Family friendly.Safe locality.Quiet and peaceful.

Clean, tidy and very comfortable room and bed! I had a great stay, staff at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience and I would absolutely come again!

Laundry

The bed, bathroom

very worst poor service they get breakfast from outside and serve no inhouse kitchen not worth for the money we spend as room charges. No nearby restaurants available

no room service for food. we need to order online or go out to get food. very worst and the property didn't mention that no inhouse kitchen available.

The ultra-pleasant staff: their demeanour, always smiling; felt at home♥️

Water wouldn't properly drain off the bathroom floor, leaving it slippery; the only negative in an otherwise fantastic experience.

Cleanliness and very friendly staff

Nothing specific to the property, but due to some road work the access road is in bad shape.

Stayed for one night and five grand not value for money. Breakfast not much options other than Puttu/Kadala curry and omlette, Tea. Others not available/out of stock. Remembered like hostel breakfast. There is a supermarket in couple of minutes and you can get everything there. Indian food delivery app orders can be ordered and collected from reception. Staffs were nice. Not much explored the area as I need only a night stay.

Booked large double bed but got two bed joined together which was inconvenient to us. For Individuals ok.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, from reception to housekeeping. A place after home, I must say. Going that extra mile to check on how I was doing, those beautiful smiles and care. This is my stay place when am in Cochin?.

No dislikes what so ever.

Location

Bed is not good. It’s not double bed they just kept 2 single beds together. While check- in the receptionist is not friendly however while check out the receptionist was good and helpful.

The team looked after me very well. They are all kind, smiling, and responsive. Excellent teamwork. Laundry facilities are available for the guests to do their own laundry. If staying for long, this would be very handy. In the morning, continental and Kerala-style breakfasts are served on the rooftop. I really enjoyed Kerala breakfast, which is different every day. Simple but tasty food gives a good start to the day. This is definitely a home away from home.

My budget room was spacious, well equipped and clean. Laundry access was a bonus and breakfast was set on the rooftop, with views across Ernakalum. The selection was authentically Indian and delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the metro and in a neighbourhood with very reasonable eateries.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. My elder brother who is a disable person was helped every time by the staffs. The food was delicious and the breakfast served are local foods. Highly recommended

The staff was very, very friendly, caring and most of all supportive. Thank you so much, Vinod and Thomas!!!Vinod arranged a car to the airport, made a courier service collect our letter and printed documents for us.Breakfast was good.Great Café beside reception with most delicious delicacies.

Unfortunately room doors are not soundproof so you may wake up when neighbors close the door energetically and you may feel disturbed by noise in the hallway.

Very good and location was great service people very nice

Internet was dropping calls at times

The staff were really nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean enough.

The washroom smelt really bad sometimes and the bed was not that comfortable.

Excellent services from all staff members from Manager Pradeep sir to all housekeeping/all receptionists ..I highly recommend to all just enjoy precious hospitality with reasonable price...

Stayed at Niko hotels for 4 nights while on an official trip to kochi. The stay was worth the money. Neat and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff good breakfast..great location ... would definitely recommend this hotel ..value for money indeed

Lunch., dinner facilities to be added..with normal affordable price.

Small convenient and friendly hotel with all the basic amenities.

A firmer and better bed would have been better.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Clean hotel.Cafe connected to hotel if people wish to eat thr. There is a supermarket nearby and also tea stall for snacks.

Poor wifi connectionVery little breakfast option.
