Everything was perfect: the staff, the room and everything else. Our room was cleaned every day.

I think the TV speakers were broken because I always heard a loud buzzing sound. Furthermore I couldn’t access the speaker settings to reduce the bass.

The hotel is a short walk from the city center and located directly adjacent to the train station. Our room faced the train station and we didn’t hear it at all.

The cleaning staff were amazing and helpful. I complained about the room and the staff helped me get another room, yes the staff were rude but with enough complaints they did help me switch rooms.

The first night was a disaster, Germany is facing a heat wave and my room didn't have air conditioning. Additionally the room was designed for people with special needs, which makes it uncomfortable. There were insects on the bathroom ceiling and spiderwebs in different corners of the room as well. When I went down to complain I was told by the person working the nightshift that they are aware of the problems in that room, I was told I simply have bad luck that I got that room. I was told nothing can be done until the following day where their superior arrives. The next day the superior wasn't very friendly. When I complained she stopped smiling, she looked honestly disgusted and very upset with me! But after stating everything that was wrong and pressuring her to give me a new room, since the AC is the biggest problem (yes it was so hot, that the insects in the bathroom were not a problem anymore), she agreed to give me a new room. [I have pictures and videos as proof]

The position was amazing, the staff were nice, the rooms are clean, getting a free drink for not asking for cleaning is a huge bonus. The bed is very comfy I could sleep in it forever.

The prices are a bit overexaggerated. This hotel is actually top end but usually I only book there if I find a good deal on Booking. Not to say the hotel is bad, not at all, just the prices are, in my own unprofessional opinion, a bit too high.

Perfect location for the night. I arrived late parking on the street for free was a bonus. Breakfast was okay.

Breakfast buffet was expansive and good quality although expensive. Location is ideal - 50 metres from the railway station. Light meals available from the bar were tasty and filling.

No parking spots left on the premises, but just a few meters away there was a public parking lot.

Directly at the Bahnhof, easy check-in and check-out policies, well equipped rooms with good cleaning services.

The location is very central and they have a bar open until 1am and they serve pizzas. It was good for us as we had a late check in and we could have dinner there.

The room spacios, clean and quiet. Erveything was ok, the staff very friendly dhe price was reasonable, the location is 50 m from train station.

The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming, which is worth a good rating.About the system set up, without a card, but with codes written on a card to access, either the garage or the rooms is not worth much. What a hassle, and not just for us.For breakfast, start at 6:30 to 10:30 which is nice. On the other hand, if you arrive, which is our case at 8am, some cheese or meat dishes are 3/4 empty, and even during our presence, no one came to refill.The location of the hotel is very good, we spent 4 nights there. The hotel is a 4 star! I don't think so, and too expensive. It's up to you to see if it's worth it.

The hotel seems new. Location, bed, shower, ammenities were pretty good.

If you have breakfast later, the replacement of some food items are not really fast.

Great location. Rooms are very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Rooms are also very soundproof which was important being located next to the train tracks. Walking distance from the city center and parking available in the hotel or close by.

Available parking space at the hotel was limited, and when we arrived a bit later in the day (7:00 PM) there were no parking spots left. However, staff did have good recommendations for nearby parking, so it was OK
