    • It was cheap. That's all that I liked.
    • We only stayed one night and our interactions with staff were limited due to the automation of check in and check out. It was a serviceable clean hotel for the one night we were in town.
    • For the first time, I experienced self-check-in at a hotel, and I was thrilled with it! I'm glad I had the opportunity to try this method. The room was clean, and we had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The cleaning staff were amazing truly exceptional! The WiFi was great too, we didn't have any issues, which is rare in hotels, so I was really impressed. We didn’t choose to have breakfast, but based on everything we saw, I’m sure it would’ve been great.

    Cons -

    • Room had a funny smell. Reception closes early. Breakfast was overpriced, but there's nothing else around the hotel. It's a 25 minute walk from anywhere you want to be in Ravensburg. The staff woke us up to clean the room, I asked them to come back later but they never did. Vending machine has warm drinks. There is no ice anywhere. No English speaking cable channels. The WiFi is only good for checking emails. The pillows were thinner than a folded blanket. And they have one soap that says it's a hand wash, body wash, and hair wash all in one. No thanks.
    • Traffic gate makes no sense.
    • Everything was great!

Reasonably priced comfortable accommodation, fairly close to railway station and town centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly and there was ample (paid) parking space available.

An in room fridge and kettle would have been nice, a double rather than twin beds would have been nice too.

Building and cleaning sevices and facilities were good

The staff lacked overall hospitality and sadly had negative incidents which the owner tried to rectify with me . But toward the end of stay in freezing temperatures the hot water for 3 days intermittently stopped which was huge disappointment in service and time it took despite bank holidays reasons for 3 days . The reception as goodwill gesture didn’t charge breakfast for 1 day for 2 people out of 4 .

Very quite location. We were on the fifth floor and only heard the people right next to our room. No street noice or anything else.

    8MohamadPosted on: 12-15-2024

The staff were nice and the location wasn't very far from the Bahnhof.

For early check-in there is a fee of 15 euros, which is something I rarely see these days at hotels.

    - Staffs including receptionists, the room boy and breakfast-staffs were friendly, responsible and skillful. - Good choices of breakfast-buffet.

    - Bad quality of pillow and bed mattress caused sleeping problem :/ - The internet speed was very low.- The room was not only small but also poorly equipped. - The color of the floor carpet and window curtain is too dark for the small room

Convenient and easy place to stay for a night when we visited for a festival. The staff were friendly and we had what we needed for a brief stay. Room was small-ish but had space for small luggage and accommodated our needs just fine for the night. Parking is available but you have to reserve in advance if it's busy, which it was for the annual Rutenfest.

Very nice people at the reception. Very clean. Check-out was very comfortable.Room key was just a code (6 digits) and easy to handle.

Location was difficult to reach by foot (from the train station or City-Center). Only easy to reach by car. Many industrial buildings and construction sites around the hotel. (Sight from our window: garbage and junk.)

    3UjwalPosted on: 6-24-2024

    Not satisfactory

The room tariff per day charged by booking.com was almost double the actual tariff per day of the Hotel which is displayed in the hotel and also confirmed at the reception. The facility was not justifying the cost paid.

The breakfast fully meets with our expectations, even if we find it slightly overpriced, as nothing will be done on order. We have stayed here before, and we are now pleased to note that security has been improved through fencing and a boom to pass.

    Nothing comes to our mind.

It served my purpose as somewhere close to Friedrichshaven airport to catch a morning flight.

Difficult to walk there from the station particularly in the dark. Self check in tedious especially when staff are available.

    10TadejPosted on: 3-18-2024

The place was tidy with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had quite a lot of choice, and at least in our case, there were no issues finding a parking space. Great for the price!

    10GerardPosted on: 1-9-2024

All the staff were friendly and helpful (I'dforgotten my charger). Good breakfast. Clean. Good value for money. A short walk through the train station into the town centre. I will definitely go back.

There was nothing to complain about.

    7OlgaPosted on: 1-2-2024

    Quiet and clean place

They charge you for everything. €5 for parking, €11pp for breakfast so overall not too cheap really. No kettle in the room to even make yourself hot drink. Rather rip off for the price.

    9HajarpourPosted on: 12-28-2023

The staff were friendly, everything was clean and tidy. They accepted my late arrival. There was a puzzle picture on the wall of the room which I really enjoyed, as Ravensburg is famous for it's puzzle brand.

The fan in the bathroom was on automatically and it bothered me while trying to sleep. The breakfast had limited options and was not up to my expectations.

    Beds and breakfast mostly

Staff. I have requested 30 min extension to checkout. Not allowed… very unfriendly staff

The hotel was the typical standard to be expected from a B&B hotel. Friendly staff! Ravensburg is a very nice town!

The location was a bit shabby, situated in an industrial area behind some old factory buildings. It's not too far from the city centre, but walking there is not pleasant with a long pedestrian tunnel under the old factory and crossing the railway station. A bit frightening in the evening when you are alone. Apparently, there is not enough parking space, so it can become crowded when you arrive late ...
