Pros +
- Nice warm atmosphere with comfortable rooms, with garden
- It was exactly like the pictures, tiny but comfortable and equipped well. Beds very very comfortable. The inner garden space was absolutely ideal for our dog, we loved it. We were also able to park on the spot, which is great. Breakfast was super nice too. The staff was polite and welcoming.
- Convenient stopover close to motorway
Cons -
- The room was pretty hot and we didn't find any fans and obviously no AC. But it wasn't unbearable or anything.
- No restaurant didn't realise it was on an industrial estate
- Very small room, very basic standard. Bed comfy

Passable for one night when arriving late at the hotel.
Very small room, very basic standard. Bed comfy
Location was great and staff super friendly and helpful.
The decor is a little tired, but all functional.
Check in was super quick and super polite!
Bathroom and general decor is a little tired....but for the price we paid on Saturday night of school half term weekend, I ain't complaining!!!! Room was immaculate, water was hot, bed was super comfy and towels were fluffy! GREAT!!!!
Strategic location when travelling to the South of Europe, nice staff, cheap vs what you get.
A bit tight for 4 people but that can be expected for the price
Easy check in. Close to the peage. 1 extra bed in a mezzanine .
Location.
We arrived late night.room was cold, electric heater was set to 18deg. reception person came to fix it.he set to24 deg but after 30 min electric radiator was cold again.so whole night room was cold. Unfortunately when we went for breakfast whole b'fast area was cold too.we had to eat in jackets.we stayed in this location previously few times in a winter and was perfectly fine. This time was last time for us.never again.
Luckily the bed was comfortable and the duvet was warm. There was hot water. The kettle was a nice surprise although we take our own.
We usually stay in an Ibis or Ibis Budget when travelling through France but thought we would try a Kyriad for a change. It was a bitterly cold day and we arrived late afternoon but were told that the heating routinely isn't turned on until 6pm. Even then, it was not adequate to heat the room. The floor was icy cold without shoes. We leant a chair against the door and used a blanket to stop the draught. We had to get into bed just to keep warm while eating during the evening (luckily I had brought a flask of hot soup). We had to sleep fully clothed as it was too cold to get undressed. We didn't bother trying the shower. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very small, you have to sit sideways on the toilet. If you use the ladder for the loft bed, you cannot open the bathroom door. We'll be sticking with Ibis in the future. Probably a good thing that there was no-one to complain to when we checked out.
Family room is great to find, not always possible to book one room with 4 people, and the bed arrangement was exactly what we needed
Lack of sockets, especially upstairs on the mezzanine
Fine for a 1 night stop travelling from Mediterranean en-route to Calais, but absolutely no longer. Double bed was good size, bathroom was clean with soap and towels provided. Free parking with security cameras at front desk. Breakfast was OK.
Room was absolutely boiling hot with no a/c or fans. We had family room with twin beds for kids up on an elevated platform (reached via a ladder). We were hot downstairs so it was unbearable on top. Window opened and we would have opened the door but the chain latch was broken so we didn't risk the security. Desk clerk spoke zero English, not too bad for us as I have some French but the chap in front of us really struggled.
All nice helpful staff
Room extremely hot ,no fans in room had to sleep with door open to try to cool down
It's a fine location if you are just traveling via the city. Easy access and free parking.
It wasn't very clean. Breakfast was rather poor. In the past there was a bit better choice. I didn't notice that on my previous stay but there are ashtrays fitted on the wall outside some rooms just beside the only small window you can open. We had a group of guys smoking just outside our room at night with the smell of cigarettes coming inside. They stopped when we asked but what a stupid place for an ashtray?
I was a short stop over for my family, we had 2 double rooms next to each other. It did the job.
No air conditioning, a little run down, I wouldn’t want to spend to much time there.
Not a lot. Leaving mostly.
Sheets were stained, with bugs jumping on them before we had even arrived, smelt bad/stagnant, bathroom door latch fitted wrong way round (pulled open, had to use the handle to close!) Holes in the bath tub panel, black mold on the walls.Coffee making equipment stated as in room on booking.com, nothing of the sort when arrived. First time on the tour, I slept in long pants tucked into my sock and a long sleeve top.I'd have been more comfortable camping.
Big parking lots, free internet, quite
- expensive for the services provided- issues with bathroom
Excellent staff member in the evening who changed our room as the window was broken and couldn’t be opened.
The hard bed and old fashioned bathroom. Room very small. Only one chair..No barrier gate for car security.
Liked the position and the grassy areas for my dogs. Ideal for what we wanted. Good value for money. We had a good nights sleep and on with our journey.
It’s a bit run down and basic. But that reflects the low cost. There was hole in the side of the bath. The receptionist could only speak French.
It was very nice. Our daughter had her own little loft-room above us. It had a bathtub and shower.
