Hotel Aux Sacres Reims, Centre Historique

The wonderful staff makes this hotel great. They helped us with parking and told us about a free show each evening. Even put my bottle of iced tea in the refrigerator over night. The people made us feel very welcomed

The rooms are pretty small, but comfortable and air conditioned...a real find in the older cities apparently.

The location was great. The staff was nice and helpful and the facilities were comfortable and clean.

Easy location to find, friendly staff, close to main streets, silent neighbourhood, very comfy bed and linen, warm cozy spacious room

You could hear easily people talking in the corridor but besides that not much of a trouble

At the centre of town so easy walk to the historic building. The room was ok but large window meant lights from outside all night.Breakfast limited.

Lack of parking. Had to pay for street parking which was difficult to find.

Staff had no clue regarding parking.Cost €25 for maximum time which is only for 2.15 hours stay on a road where the hotel is.Do your homework for parking before going there.No air condition of 2 bedrooms we stay top floor, to hot to sleep there, no staffs around late afternoon.

It was near to the city centre.

The room was small, on the fourth floor, under the roof. The air conditioner made a lot of noise but produced no cold air. So, the room was like an oven. The lift was broken and there were only two towels provided for three people. Complained about the air conditioning and asked for a partial refund. Tge woman at reception said she would tell her manager. I have heard nothing. Don't use this hotel!

The location and architecture of the building and the surrounding buildings. All walking distance from all the top locations and things to do in Rheims.

The only good thing was that the hotel was walking distance to the city center.

The only room they had was located on the top floor (4th) and the air conditioning was not working. The staff person did not appear to care that the air conditioning was not working and did not even attempt to go to the room to see if there was something he could do. It was a horrible night of sleep (non-sleep).

One good moment - the front desk clerk when we checked out was wonderful. Calm, pleasant, and helpful. I think her name was Melia. A bright spot in a difficult experience.

Dirty - the floors, the walls, the windows. Broken and discarded house phone in the room. Mold in the bathroom. Ripped carpets. Holes in the curtain. I took pictures.It was terribly disappointing.

Room off patio was terrible. Bathroom moldy with broken tile. Room smelled moldy. It was cold and heat didn’t work. Safe was broken

The hotel is centrally located, therefore easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we had booked a brunch elsewhere with friends.

Location is perfect, next to the train station, right in the center. A lot of bar / restaurants around. The reception lady and the barman were super welcoming and nice. The room was clean, AC worked perfectly, nice view from the window.

The water pressure in the shower isn't so great.
