Hôtel Bristol Reims

The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options. The location was perfect, very walkable to see the city. I really enjoyed dining on the terrace of the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, answering questions and arranging taxi service for me.

The breakfast was OK. The location is excellent.

Bad: The rooms were cold. The heating insufficient. Average: The whole building is somewhat outdated.There is no lobby or bar.

The hotel was located in the center of rent and was absolutely wonderful. Easy to get to a little bit of everything in that area. Amazing location, amazing people at the hotel, amazingly surrounded by good places to eat shop stroll along the streets of rent. We would do it again.

The only thing that I didn’t particularly care for was the breakfast options it was OK for a continental style type breakfast

Very well located, with a good bistrot downstairs. The room was ample and the most interesting m port ant thing in the summertime: the AC really works!

Great location only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Nice breakfast very relaxed.Good A/C very important during summer months. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Terrible restaurant connected to the hotel but not owned by the hotel. Food was awful and high priced. We paid $90 Euros in advance for the breakfast buffet that was not replenished. All we got was a coffee and croissant. We asked for a refund but because we prepaid they could not refund us any money. We were told if we had charged the buffet cost to the room they could remove the charge but since we prepaid upon check-in they can’t give refunds.

Great location -- amidst the plaza! So near to restaurants, shops, and transport. At first you may think the hotel design looks a bit dated, but I think that adds to its old town charm. Everything is super clean and functions well. The room is very spacious with a terrace (!!!) and a good sized bathroom. The bed is quite large and super duper soft!! Staff was very nice and helpful. Great price for this hotel!!

The smell was horrific! I don't know what cleaning products they use but they were awful. The whole room smelled like food in the morning, even though we lived on the top floor, furthest away from the restaurant. The room was poorly cleaned when we arrived, the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom door could not be closed, and there was zero noise-canceling in the walls. Unfortunately, due to the lightning, the color of the room (red), and the nasty wall-to-wall carpet, it felt like a brothel.

not the hotels' fault, but stayed Saturday night and bar opposite quite noisy. It was ok after closing the window as we were tired enough, but just in case you are a light sleeper.

In general, this hotel is OK for a stopover night on the way to/back from the Alps. It is very well located, right in the city centre, good to go around and explore a bit, there are plenty of restaurants around; there is a public car park nearby with a slightly reduced rate by paying directly at the hotel (€13 instead of €17 for a night). The staff treated us well and were helpful. Breakfast is OK but not great.

The hotel is dated in general, a few lights didn't work, very small bathroom and an old carpet (gives an impression of not being too clean). Was expecting a slightly better place for a 3 star in France (perhaps it is because this was in the centre of a city).

The service was very kind and attentive. They proactively suggested activities and were always open to questions. The location was convenient, and the room had basic amenities.

Fabulous location with view of rambla with the market and Christmas lights. Large room. Great breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

We had a walk-in shower and water leaked everywhere. We had asked for no stairs and the staff maybe assumed we were disabled.
