Best Western Hotel Centre Reims

Location and comfort.

The hotel was very conveniently located. The staff was very accommodating.

We were happy with the hotel.

Location was amazing

Bathroom and water pressure was not good. Room was tiny and it was very noises.

location was great. parking garage in front of the hotel was a really bonus. quick access to christmas markt and restaurants. hotel empoyees were nice.

the bed sheets was not clean in the 3rd bed. cleaner most probably put the same sheet that the previous guest used. it was even smell badly. I suggest everyone bring their own bed sheets and the hotel need to put the clean ones in there...!!

The hotel was nice and in a nice location, the staff were also friendly

The room was very dark and there was very little storage space. The door to the bathroom had a huge gap in it which meant there was zero privacy. Lastly, every single morning at 7am there was banging that lasted up to an hour which obviosuly affected our sleep

Quiet and clean room

Breakfast

Nice breakfast, fantastic location

Room was noisy

The breakfast was great! Plenty to choose from and good service.

The condition of the bedroom. We had an upgraded room but it was tatty, dirty walls, lights not working, wallpaper peeling off the walls (and really badly hung to start with - black paper with big gaps between the strips!) no air extraction in the bathroom and a stained toilet bowl. The stairs were also too dark. The male receptionist was grumpy and unfriendly.

Good location, clean, friendly staff, very comfortable bed. Parking very close by.

Room was very small

Great central location and the hotel and rooms were clean. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.

There wasn't much to like, the hotel and fascilities are 30 years overdue for a major rennovation and upgrade. The premium price for a tiny room makes this hotel very poor value. SUGGESTION if you are not going to remove the steps to the lift and to the rooms on the fourth floor at least offer a service to carry or take your guests bags to their room.

Location is easy walking distance to train station

Dark … rooms dated - needs updating and good cleaning..

Great location, just a few minute walk to the train station, plenty of choices for cafes and dining. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. You could open the windows to get fresh air, and we had a lovely view of the Main Street. It was fairly quiet, we didn’t notice the noise from the road.

The room was next to a very busy Bar street and there was very noisy to sleep. Also the room was unclean and requires fixing.

Very dark room, the lighting was broken. Shower was broken. The floor was unclean and air in the room felt very dusty. I also got some itchy insect bites and I am currently very stressed that did I bring bed bugs home from the hotel.

Loved location. Liked Marie. No real facilities. Bed was on platform so a bit dangerous at night. Weak blow dryer. Pretty old.

Better blow dryer. Update the breakfast room. Have lights that stay on all night for platform bed

Location and large windows that open.

Very tired. Needs a refurb.

Welcoming staff

Really disappointed in breakfast The coffee tasted off and there were no eggs left, even though I was at the start of service. Some of the fruit was rotting (nectarines) and the kiwi was solid and sour

Excellent location. Staff helpful.

Breakfast area a little small. It was very busy 8 to 8.30 and had to wait for a table and some of food items were gone.

Breakfast is in a narrow crowded area with little room to move easily. The food was fresh, the staff work hard to provide a good service. Rooms comfortable, good powerful hot showers. No UK TV service (if that's important to you). Convenient location in the centre of the pedestrianised city centre. Car park is 50 metres away.
