Loved the hotel! The room was great, had everything you needed and loved access to the pool & sauna! Ideal location but lovely and quiet!

We stayed for one night to celebrate my partner's birthday and had an excellent time. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the room and bathroom were large and comfortable and the facilities good.The hotel is centrally located, easy to walk anywhere in the centre and admire Reims.Breakfast in the morning was sumptuous and well worth it.

While the hotel is advertised as a spa, the facilities are actually a swimming pool and sauna as opposed to a full on spa. Having said the swimming pool and sauna were included in the price and we had exclusive use for an hour which was great.

Very friendly staff, beautiful building and rooms, private parking and dog friendly. Rooms are large and well equipped.

Nice place, staff were lovely. Well situated. Parking a little tight but manageable. The recommendations for places to eat were all spot on. 10 mins walk to GH Mumm if you wanted to do a champagne house.

The property was very charming and nicely appointed. The bed was super comfortable and we loved having the option to have a nice bath after a long day. The staff were kind and attentive.

The swimming pool was fantastic! We really loved the hotel décor and the breakfast was really delicious.

Tricky access to the parking area, but the staff were really helpful.

This is a gorgeous old-school hotel, like a sumptuous blanket, it's gentle and friendly. The sort of hotel you'd like to live in for a few years, padding around its carpeted floors in your plushy slippers (supplied). And I can't remember the last time I enjoyed such a thick towel. Everything is splendid here. The staff, the bar, the old world decor, the water pressure. It's a really lovely hotel, elegant and comfortable, a dying breed. It's like staying at a wealthy aunt's house, but with hotel vibes. A gem in Reims.

Staff were very polite and attentive, lovely decor within the building with secure off road parking. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice.

The staff was excellent! I loved my spacious room and I loved the ambiance at the hotel.I was not able to check out the pool or sauna, so I can’t comment on that.

It was just a tad too far from the center, but it made the location quiet. I wish there was a way to book the pool online, or just to show up. I ended up not going because I didn’t want to call the reception.

Fabulous old hotel which has been beautifully maintained. Staff were very welcoming and we have a lovely large room with very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. Just about got car into carpark through narrow entrance. A lovely fresh breakfast was prepared for us next morning.

Nothing except maybe the 30 euro charge for our dog

Breakfast was nice but lacked imagination and the same every day....

We liked the decoration of the hotel that brought back old times.

The toilet and the bath worked fine, but it was a bit slow, the bathroom is beautifully done up though.

We had the full breakfast and it was wonderful; eggs, cereals, breads, pastries, fruit, more than we could eat! The staff was very helpful and welcoming. This historic hotel had great architecture, carvings and decor.

Property is an authentic, homey and well maintained hotel. The pool and sauna are spotless and refreshing. They schedule a private session so guests have the pool facility app to themselves. Robes thick terry cloth. Bed comfortable. Access to Netflix.

The breakfast could be improved. First morning coffee was weak, but when I mentioned it, the following days it was strong the way I like it. Sunny dining room with secluded patio. I was able to book a third night last minute, so stayed in two different rooms. Both were great. I was only disappointed that I could not stay an extra night at the end because they were booked. Reims is a sophisticated city.

Staff walked us through that process. 1.5 euros!! Staff accommodated our early departure with breakfast before 7!! Walking distance to Reims Cathedral.

The hotel is wonderful, clean, comfortable, the bed is comfy, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly, always ready to help with anything. I truly enjoyed staying at such a beautiful hotel. Thank you!
