location, car parking, helpful staff

Bathroom seemed a bit dated - but this is being a bit critical

Sunday morning reception desk person helped immeasurably as we had problems with our rental car. We can’t fully express our appreciation!!

Great location, comfortable, nice restaurant and very clean. Good sized bathrooms.

The heating could be a little better, although we visited in a very close snap. Parking is tight.

All the facilities one would expect. Thank you for the pot of body lotion in the bathroom (the little individual pots of body lotion are sadly gone forever

Been staying for over 20 years, great location in the heart of the city.

It’s getting a little tired now, needs refurbishing. Cleanliness isn’t what it used to be. Team seems to be different each time we go.

Location, proximity to the centre, no issues with our dogs staying with us. Girl on reception was excellent, made check in easy and recommended a good restaurant for the evening, phoning them to confirm we could take our two spaniels

Couldn’t get into the hotel car park as fully booked - was not aware you needed to book in advance

Very small windows, next to ceiling, you can see only whether it is day or night, but nothing else. Also not very good condition of windows, you could hear noise from outside and cold wind coming in. Parking is nonexistent. Breakfast is very basic.

Lovely clean and quiet room. Breakfast room and bar have great views over city.

The car park is awful. Apart from the fact it doesn't have enough spaces, the carpark is an awkward shape, and spaces are ridiculously small, so it`s a nightmare to park. Not helped by the number of people trying to park stupid over-sized SUVs.....

This was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are lovely, bright, clean and modern. The room I stayed in was quite big as well. It's in a great location as I was able to walk everywhere I needed to. Or the bus station was very close by. The staff were very helpful, answering any questions I had.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Reims was very pleasant. The hotel was comfortable, spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet expectations — it was poor value for money, and there was very little food available when we arrived. For the remainder of our stay, we chose to have breakfast elsewhere.

Very comfortable hotel within easy walking distance of centre. A good breakfast and team were really obliging.
