Novotel Suites Reims Centre

Little disappointed with the hotel, the location wasn't great, far away from the city center. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom was clean but weird, looked like a cruise bathroom. The hotel was clean but the facilities were old (hallways). The bed was comfortable. You need to reserve parking in advance.

Not exactly in the centre of the attractions, but it is very close to the train station. Room is very spacious.

Really didn't like the shower - water always leaks out of the shower

Staff were so helpful. Also the hotel proactively contacted us when we left something in the room they thought we had left (broken sunglasses!), which was really impressive. Everything else was good

Quaint, easy medium size hotel … clean and new

Toilet was kinda smelly. Had it cleaned but still slightly smelly. It got resolved but the smell I guess was coming from the drainage.

Good quality and nice variety for breakfast. Easy access from highway and train station. Parking very close. Quiet and clean. Kind staff. Nothing negative comes to my mind

I really like the car parking reservation system. We got a code to enter the lot and a dedicated slot assigned. No searching or any trouble, very convenient.Check in and out very very smooth and uncomplicated.Rooms were good value for money.One can access the city center easily by just crossing the rails through the main station and one is with in a short walk to the city center.Also windows are good, one could not hear the train station at all.

Not much to call out here. The gym center is rather basic, but we didn’t intend to use it anyway.

Really cool decor, large rooms, great indoor and outdoor bar area and a 10-minute walk to a great street full of restaurants and a city park. Loved it.

A pleasant and convenient stop over to break up a long journey. Secure parking, convenient location with easy walk into Reims. A welcoming and polite team. Very clean and well maintained.

very helpful and accommodating. my wife injured her knee skiing and the staff gave us a disabled parking spot. great room, very comfy bed. no complaints!
