Big rooms, kitchenette.

NO AIR CONDITIONING, it was hot!

Location was great. It was also very clean

Plastic bed sheets became uncomfortable by the end of the night

The room was very spacious, especially for Europe. Very clean, Comfortable bed, nice staff, great location. Very nice to have the kitchenette. A real bargain of a property.

At first I was concerned as hall carpets needed a good cleaning, but I was very pleased with how clean room was.

Normal hotel, close to the city center, with private (9€) car parking.

Beds were small, shower door couldn’t close properly and it looked like it could be cleaner

Good location. Enough for two days but wouldn’t come back or stay there again.

The hotel is clearly saving money from all corners. We were two friends in the room. I asked for a second set of shower gel as we were not a couple. The staff was rude as we were asking too much. One pack of biscuit in the room for two. Very cheap. We paid for breakfast, good but very overpriced for what you get. The windows were soaked with water every morning, dripping all over the window seal.

Close to the centre, good facilites and onsite parking...

Residence type of accomodation provides all necessary things for your stay, including kitchen. The staff is friendly. We also used the parking facility, which was really convenoint. The location is in the city center, near the park. The main street with the main restaurants. cafes is in a walking distance.

The cleaning is not provided during your stay and may be ordred with a separate charge. Would be great to receive this service at least once in 3-4 days to keep the room tidy w/o your extra effort during your vacation time.

Nice rooms - we got 2 for 3 people. Very clean and comfortable. Good location for Christmas market - a short 10 minute walk. Also very easy walk to dining and shopping.

Excellent location. Reasonable parking.

Had to wait 1 hour for check-in. No explanation from staff as to the reason for the delay.

Very close to Reims train station, like 5 min walk, and also close to Reims center. Room had a small kitchen, bed confortable, it looks clean. Staff are very kind.

Room didn't smells well when we arrived, so we opened the window, and it improved.

The room was spacious, the location very close to the city center, the staff really kind. If you come by car it's better to send a message to reception to book a parking lot for you as they are limited. Totally recommend ?

Great location and very well equiped kitchinet. The room was very clean and quiet, good size and the staff was very friendly. Great value for money, we'd definitely stay here again.

We had to clean the China and cutlery in kitchen because it was greasy. We did not check the Potts and pans as we did not use them

We had a mixed experience at ResidHome Reims. The flat-style room was spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen equipped with basic utensils, which was convenient. The location is excellent, close to the city center.

However, despite appearing clean, the room and bed linens had a strong smell of smoke. Our room was on the first floor, facing the parking lot, which led to noise, people walking by, and more cigarette smoke coming through the window.The bathroom was spacious, but the shower had low water pressure and fluctuating temperature. Additionally, since there was no shower screen, only a curtain, the bathroom would get wet after each shower, which was inconvenient.

Close proximity to Reims running festival restaurants and cafe and had parking

Thought 16 euros very expensive for breakfast
