Pros +
- it was quiet
- The location. The town is very nice. Parking is ok.
- The place is not a hotel or hostel, it is an apartment complex and Bonnie works there or answers phone. They give you a door code and you have to open a safe and get your keys and check in yourself and check out by dropping keys in mailbox. No one helped. Could not check in until 3pm, could not leave bags. Very unhelpful
Cons -
- Room was too small
- The sheets were dirty. There live some strange people, they are dirty and smelly. Maybe this please are some kind of refugee shelter.

Simple, clean room, excellent secure parking at 10 euros per night (not suitable for a trailer). Very friendly staff, good communication, the location is amazing, just 15 mins walk into the old town. Almost next door to G H Mumm champagne.
The exterior door to the vestibule to my room didnt close or lock, the room door did
The location is very good
The bedsheet was not changed to a new one, and there were still hair and nail debris left by the previous person on it.
Fantastic location, staff were kind, kitchen was relatively well stocked. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Check in and out process was super easy.
Room was small but fine for a short stay. The locks on the doors worked, but almost too well! We sometimes struggled to get out of the room!
-They let us check in before 15h at nk extra charge -position is nice 15min to city center and possibility to park inside (with a fee)
First night no problems at all. Second night starts the nightmare: The room next to mine had been rented by a noisy couple who started making every kind of noise around 11:30pm. Me and my friend/colleague waited until half past midnight before deciding to knock them they shouted they would have stopped and didn't open. The situation however didn't improve so I decided to enter the reception area which is closed at night (fair enough). I tried to contact the structure via Booking, sms and called the normal number and the emergency number to be used during reception closing times...no one has ever answered. The following morning at checkout I asked to speak with the lady at the reception who admitted to have seen my messages at morning but never thought about replying or calling back. I informed her that we couldn't sleep untill 3:30AM because of the noise and I tried to call the contact number however she confessed she's the one dealimg with the emergency number as well and she was sleeping so couldn't reply. Fun fact is we (me and my friend) couldn't sleep at the aparthotel we paid for and couldn't get any assistance because the receptionist was sleeping and no one else is available during closing times. While I understand noise, unpolite and ignorant guest are not reception fault not being able to do anythimg to stop them untill the following morning it's indeed hotel fault. Of the two nights we had booked we only mandaged to sleep one so it didn't even turn much convenient unfortunately.Small excuses where offered and nothing else despite the awful night. To conclude, if everything goes well is a nice accomodation but if any problem arises during reception closing times you can either try to solve it yourself, pray or wait that the receptionist wakes up the following morning.
Location, clean, warm, on site parking, very helpful staff.
There was noise from the bathroom fan all through the night. It would be good to have a switch to turn it off.
The apartments are very close to the city center. 10 minutes of walking and you are in the Christmas markets, another 10 minutes to the city center. The receptionist, Lyne (I hope this is the right spelling), was fantastic and very helpful. She was there to answer any questions we had and guide us through activitities.
Nothing of that sort
The room was small but clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Paid the extra to park our motorbike in the private courtyard
For an extra €10 per day I got the last parking space in the garage of the building, which was very convenient. The office staff were nice.
The kitchenette is very small & basic, not really enough room to cook a proper meal. The crockery wasn’t completely clean, no brush or sponge to wash up with.
Easy check-in, we arrived late, and everything was as described in the email. The Lady this morning was nice and friendly.
The hotel looked run down, and the room was small, as was the bed. It was clean, but it felt grubby.
* Easy check-in out of hours (you receive a message on the day with all the door codes/details).* Rooms were clean overall and had all amenities.* Kitchen was well equipped with hot plates, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, crockery, baking dishes.* Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Lighter duvets were provided, which were great for the summer.* Room appeared to be climate controlled, so it stayed very cool in the summer.* Prices were very reasonable. I stayed for 16 days for €41.40 per night during the Olympics.* Self-service laundry/drying machines were on-site, just purchase tokens for €4 at reception.* 15-20 minute walk from city centre and 10 minute walk from Carrefour/Lidl* Car parking is available in the hotel courtyard.* Plenty of storage is available in the room and a drying rack is available, so you can dry washing in your room.* The residence was very quiet. The walls were quite thin so you can hear when people enter their rooms but that is the only noise I heard during my stay.
I really enjoyed my stay at Kosy, the only cons/issues I have are really minor!* Staff speak very limited English, so communication is difficult. Signage around the hotel is all in French, too (so bring Google Translate along with you!). Slightly surprising as the hotel is aimed at British travellers.* Rooms were slightly run down (e.g. ripped wallpaper, dust under cabinets and flaky leather chair).* The hotel has ‘energy saving’ measures so when you enter, it is completely dark. It was pitch black when I checked in, which o found pretty daunting. It would be helpful to have signs in the lift that point out light switches.* Housekeeping were supposed to refresh my bedding/towels weekly during my stay and didn’t. This left me low on supplies (I was given one toilet roll and one small bin bag for a 16 day stay). You are also required to deep clean your room before checking out.* Before/after your stay, the hotel is impossible to contact via phone/email. I only managed to get in contact with the hotel by contacting the PR team and having my emails forwarded on.
Low price
Not clean, smelly
Great location easy to find.
We booked an apartment style room to accommodate us and two teens the sofa bed was not big enough and wrongly positioned so you couldn’t get in either side as it was long rather than deep. Other than that it was a great stop over.
Great location, simple self-check-in, clean and comfy rooms.
Great location, a 20 minute scenic walk away from the city center. Friendly staff and a calm place to stay.
The bed wasn’t full size for 2 people, the room was a bit hot.
Nice and simple for solo
Disappointed no electricity for two days none staff memebers to reach help deaf disabled
The location is good with about a 15 minute walk to Porte Mars. There are some excellent bars and restaurants in Reims.
I had reserved a parking place at the hotel when I booked several months before. On arrival I was told there was only limited parking and I would have to leave my motorcycle in the parking place in front of the hotel. My room overlooked the carpark behind the hotel. There were around 10 spaces with only one vehicle parked there for the 2 days of my stay. I don't know what the issue was.
Easy enough to find. No nonsense apartment presented clean and tidy. Security and check in uncomplicated.
Maybe a little further from the main tourist area than we expected. We have been to Reims before and enjoyed it.The shower curtain didn’t stop water going on the floor so I would think in due course there will be problems below
