During our stay it was close to Christmas Market, town centre and amenities.

Great location, well equipped room with bedside lights, good toiletries and close to the centre and to parking.

Excellent central location, v close to restaurants, bars and the market. Room well appointed with comp coffee/tea and mineral water. Friendly welcome on arrival

The only parking we could find was at the railway station but it only cost €12 for 24 hours.

Large room, Nice breakfast for 10 euros, Nearby Car park. Central location close to Park and 10 minutes walk to the cathedral

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was offered in the morning, thwe quality of the food and the pricing was excellent. The employees at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is walking location of a nice area filled with restaurants and Bistros.

The toilet is very small, but it is to expect in Europe. The Wifi was spotty, they only allow a certain number of guests to sign on the WIFI at the time. The outside of the hotel was under remodeling, which I was not aware when I reserved the room.

Building work right outside the winding, scaffolding, workmen from early so not good for a hotel and relaxing in the morning apparently this is going on until December I’m sure after that it will be good

The website should indicate that the hotel is being renovated at present.

We cancelled on arrival as there is extensive building works being carried out both at the hotel and next door - lots of noise and dust in the room. Staff understanding.

The hotel has a strange feeling. It has been recently partially renovated, so you find that some parts are very pretty, such as the breakfast room, where there is a very good coffee machine available for the guests for free. However, insieme the rooms it is a different story. Our room was mostly renovated, but part of the bathroom was old and there clearly had been a leaking from the ceiling

The wc separated from the rest of the bathroom is something that might work in a house but it does not in a hotel room, especially if the space for thewc is super small

Unsafe, I wouldn’t stay again.

There was a faulty latch on our door which meant it was very difficult to open from the inside. There was a note on the door explaining how to open it which was very confusing and also didn’t seem to work. At one point, we couldn’t get out and because there was no number for reception, I had to phone the hotel from the number on the website so someone could come and let us out. A very real fire hazard, and wouldn’t pass a risk assessment. No one should be staying in the room until the handle is fixed.We stayed a while ago now and I emailed the hotel directly for a response, but no one replied to our email.It’s a shame, because the location was good. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city with a big parking area just next to it, which is handy. The hotel and the rooms are petty dated but the rooms are clean and adequate.

The location of the property is very good. Right near the city centre.

The accessibility for prams is quite limited. We had to lift it to get into the hotel and the lift didn’t fit the pram in it. Our room also smelt of cigarette smoke when we returned for dinner so all our clothes smelt and we had the lingering smell all night.

The hotel had everything we wanted and needed, was great value without being the standard franchised big chain hotel. had some lovely what I imagine were original features but our room had been refurbished to a lovely standard. little extra quirks like a stand of umbrellas to borrow for a rainy day, a parking disc to park for free and a secure front entrance that you are given a code for when you check in .

The beds could have been a little more comfy.

Clean, comfortable, as you'd expect. Convenient for train station, not too long a walk to town.

Oddly have to call to get in as reception not always manned, strange for hotel of this size. Air con was broken, had to use a temporary unit with window open.

location 10 min. walking distance to center, breakfast very good , staff very nice, free parking 50 m away, good restaurant 150 m away, one of Reims champagne houses 10 m away ....

weather ... but that has nothing to do with the hotel ... :-) ; seriously, all was ok
