Pros +
- The hotel is so close to the airport, if I didn't have luggage I could have walked. Also, after the initial problem with payment by credit card, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful.
- Location is close to the Airport so very convenient. The room size is more than enough as it has two areas of sitting and sleeping separated with a door. Bathroom size is very small and no mirror. It is neat and clean.
- No room service. No in house restaurant. No tea maker in the room
Cons -
- Booking.com accepted my Portuguese credit card to confirm the reservation, but when I arrived at the hotel they would not accept my credit card. I was told that they do not accept foreign credit cards of any kind. It makes no sense to me that an international airport adjacent hotel would not accept foreign credit cards. It's a Visa card! What's the problem? Not only that, but they would not accept my foreign debit card either. I was forced to pay cash. I had nowhere else to go.
- No mirror in the bathroom. Hot water doesn't come from the shower and you have to collect it in a provided bucket and mix with cold water. Very old school indian bathroom set up. No kettle for making tea.
- The AC did not work in the first room allotted to me. They had to change the room.
