Room staff were responsive and polite.

Breakfast was late a few times. also not served in the room, even after requesting

Over all good, there is no lift facility available. Room on the third floor. Wall painting flying everywhere in the room

Very tired needed a lot of renovation in the room cleaning and painting particularly. The bedlinen was torn and had marks/stains. Duvet was ancient and yellow, the towels were stained. No shower in the toilet.

Will get hot water morning 6 am that we like ??

Its 1km from bus stop. Its walkable but inclination is high.Restaurants and other places are near. good enough parking.

2 days back I stayed here This was the worst stay I have ever beenThe standard rooms are not even a penny worthThere is no hot water after 10 AM as they use solar and diesel generators instead of geysers and you die in the cold weather of coonoorThe staff/management doesn't even bother about your concernsThe beds in standard rooms are not even proper and they are charging 2800 per night which is ridiculous for the service they provideYou won't get to eat anything nearby and the restaurant in the hotel provides only breakfast and you need to walk 1.5km for lunch /dinnerOver all I would say go Ooty directly you can definitely find something worth for this cost, this hotel vivek is absolutely not recommended

Breakfast was tasty and healthy. We'll maintained, clean environment. Staff are very cordial and supportive.

Location is somewhat isolated. Some location awareness may be provided to visitors prior.

Food was very good, hotel was cool..

The receptionist could be little proactive and didn't provide information in time which had led to unnecessary confusion.

Gave me the room at 12.40pm in 2nd floor. No lift. Bed was all bubbles. At the lunch, the in charge told us to have food outside or in the lawns because they have a party and restaurant is only for them. Such an Irresponsible reply. And next day they have a party in the lawns with DJ sound playing in the afternoon and continued till 9.45 in the night. Waste of money.

Everything could have been better... Except for the pleasing front office personnel

The breakfast was good. The location of the property is very good. As it is in the midst of the town. The reception desk arranges for an auto if required and the auto comes in a jiffy. Rooms are kept clean. They even changed the bedsheets after we complained about stains in the sheet. ??

Maintenance is very poor. The furniture's in the room really needs a face-lift. The TV is nearly 25 years old and can't see the pictures properly. Bathroom is very basic only the essentials are available.

Slightly away from town, so calm. Conventional and conservative hotel. Clean room. Hot water. Sincere staff. Hv a nice multicuisine restaurant. They have an awesome veg restaurant maha laxmi somthing 5 minutes walk from hotel. Lot of autos.

The outside look and location

The service was bad. The rooms were not clean and well maintained. The staff were not upto the mark . Had to make multiple calls for any request . Made a complain also to the managers.

Since standard room had some inherent difficulties where I checked in initially. Deluxe rooms I had checked in on day 2 after hotel got the upgrade

Standard room Size was compact with bathroom access way difficult with 5ft door ? height 1)Making tall persons befre getting used will inevitably get bumped once or twice with door frame.2)car parking in open space getting movement of vehicles and noise in late night

Breakfast was okay but not so great.

not worth for money. Property rooms was not clean and very basic. closet in room had bottle where previously who was there had checked-in there which was not cleaned.

Breakfast options were okay. Not many options but whatever provided was tasty. Garden nd bon fire is nice experience. Compared to other hotels in the area, I feel this property is spacious. Wood fire pizza place is awesome.

Cleanliness can b improved.

Rooms have no leg room. The balcony provided need to be closed because of monkey menace. Better to have provide a spacious wardrobe in the place of balcony. The hotel has no cabs on their own or under their contract and hence what they try to provide for conveyance is always costlier. Apart from breakfast, for lunch and dinner variety of South Indian food available is minimal
