The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the center of town. The staff was friendly and generally helpful, and the facilities were nice. The rooms were large and clean. For the price, the value was very good.

We visited in the fall on a fairly cool day, and the heat in the hotel was on very high. Our rooms were incredibly hot and stuffy, and due to a safety mechanism, the windows do not open very wide. This caused quite some discomfort for the first night. I asked the staff if they could unlock the safety mechanism, and they said yes, but after giving it a brief attempt, they gave up without calling maintenance.

Ibis Budget Hotels, this one included, provide a no-frills but quality experience. Langres met that criterion well. Room was clean and neat, bed comfortable. Though small there was enough room to do my stretching routine in the morning. Bathroom was quite clean and usable. Breakfast was quite broad in foods offered.

The absence of desk personnel between 10 PM- 7 AM. For non Francophones a human presence is often more effective. But non Francophones are a small portion.

We have been staying already last year....and staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful....then and nowAccess to a spacious garage and elevator directly up the rooms....very good. Excellent comfort at a very reasonable price...which is rare.

For the budget price, this was great value. Comfortable mattress, very quiet, superb location very close to the centre of the old town, with free parking adjacent. Facilities were fine.

Very clean and basic as expected for ibis. Staffs were kind and very friendly. Big free parking and charging stations in front. The vending machine is reasonably priced but don’t take the milk from there !

The Aircondition is basically only for heating. They said 19c but only hot air comes out from the ventilator. For us it was fine but in summer it must be very warm I assume !

Greatly exceeded my expectations. No Frills, but a quiet location, very comfortable bed. and a good bathroom. That's all I wanted and definitely got it. We had a handicapped room which is a little larger than a standard room and, again, the facilities exceeded expectations. The whole place was spotlessly clean. A bonus is the excellent buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price. The choice wasn't vast but more than sufficient, and the scrambled eggs were the best I can remember having in a hotel.There's a huge free car park next door and the hotel is just at the entrance to the old part of the town.

No running water from around 7-11pm. No English staff to help us and explain the issue. Then fire alarm activated with no advice or help as to the problem and silenced the alarm panel despite it showing a fault at the panel. Staff were very unhelpful and refused a refund despite the children being unable to shower, wash and use the toilet.

The location is good - although the room we had - 116 - was located on a very busy road, and the traffic noise was terrible.

The room was very hot, but if we opened the window the road noise was very loud - the air conditioner was equally noisy - and despite our best efforts only seemed to circulate the hot air rather than cooling it.

The breakfast is excellent! The hotel and the rooms are very comfortable and minimalistic and look brand new, Everything is spotless. The staff is very friendly and professional. The location is perfect either you are visiting the old village of Langres or spending a night while travelling.

Heating wasn't very good and the fan was noisy in our room

It is clean, it is at a very nice location and great to be able to park inside if places are available. We will return for sure ?

Fantastic location closed to the delightful city centre. Easy to get to from the motorway. Underground parking (for a small fee). Comfortable room. Availability of microwave in lobby. Relatively small hotel.

Being woken up at 1am by the fire alarm as a result of a client trying to smoke in a bedroom - not the hotel's fault. It would have been very useful to have a kettle / teamaking facilities in the room.

The hotel was convenient for travelers wanting a stopover while heading from France to the Netherlands. There's a large parking lot in front of the hotel, Check-in was easy after arriving around 20:00 (self-check-in after 21:00), there's a Carrefour Express (open until 21:00) and restaurants within walking distance, clean room, and good breakfast (hot and cold offerings) staring at 6:30. Overall, very pleased with the hotel.

Hotel based very near good bars and restaurants near the centre of Langres. Great value for money and decent breakfast.

Location was nice.

The room was so small, too small. You couldn't walk around the bed without bumping in to an object (or your tall spouse). Sleeping was no pleasure at all. You could feel the springs in the mattress!This room was obviously ment for one person only! When you looked at the tiny plastic table with only one plastic chair ... that said it all!We will not book with Ibis again.
