Clean, nicely located in quiet city center, good restaurant

There was no parking available and the staff was far from friendly or helpful. The staff didn't speak English

Comfortable beds and very helpful person met us and helped put the bikes in the garage. It’s well positioned on high street so easy access to all the sites.

Old hotel with an Awfully noisy ventilation going on the whole night. We barely slept :-(

Breakfast was not good enough for this kind of hotel. You'd expect the possibility of eating some eggs or bacon.

Friendly reception at the hotel. A bit narrow access to the hotel carpark and do park backwards!The restaurant is rather good with a good price performance, reservation is recommended. We had a spaceous room on the streetside, good beds and clean bathroom. Again, not too expensive.

Location is lovely in the old historic centre within the citadel, secure parking a bonus.

The room was a good size and the location very good

The room was a good size but we were disappointed that although we requested a room with a shower we had a bath with a shower and the bath was very slippery.The hotel was busy and at breakfast the area where the breakfast food was kept it was difficult to get to. The tables were too close to it.

Property location was great as it is in the center of the town. Easy to find and parking behind hotel was great!

The room did not have a fridge so no opportunity to store anything, the lights beside the bed were super bright so it was either really dark in the room or it looked like daytime with the bed lights on. Furthermore the staff barely spoke English which made communication very difficult.

Fan was a small desk top, notmuch help and noisy.Noise frombar carried to room until late.Haidryer was not workingDinner was really disappointing. While meat was tender,stew was dry, chips hard ,tagliatelle bland far too much. There are many hotels in the region serving delicious food for similar cost. We wont return to this hotel.

Friendly staff and good central location in the town.

The room was dirty. Our son crawled over the floor and got very dirty legs. And the room was very noisy.

Good room , very nice well priced dinner.A problem occurred as the requested car park place had not been registered but the manageress went to great efforts to find an extra place for us.

The location is great and the parking is very efficient.

Very dated hotel, old carpet, not super clean. But fine for a short stay.

Nice and helpful staff, superb dining options in the restaurant for a very reasonable price, a lot of stuff to see and do nearby.

It is an old and stuffy hotel, but this is it's charme! The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner / more hygienic. Breakfast options where minimal and a little bit overpriced.
