- The hotel is in excellent shape, all facilities are nice, clean, comfortable, working etc. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast - varied and tasty. The lady who was taking care of it ran relentlessly up and down to keep it filled up. The communication was good and the hotel could arrange a separate bed for our child on a short notice.

- Super customer oriented stuff - we were arriving late and were awaited for even outside the standard check in hours. Outstandingly clean room, ideal location for a sleep over on the way from Italy to Germany.

- Unfortunately, when booking, I missed the info about the "rest days" of the biergarten / restaurant on Sunday and Monday. That is, if you are arriving on Sunday or Monday - you cannot go into the garden and the nearest restaurant will be 5-7 min drive away in the city (the city is worth a visit on its own, by the way). It seems to be a more common practice, but I just did not expect it. Also, booking.com misleadingly suggests "Relevant for your trip - restaurant will be open" despite the restaurant hours specified in the system. So, not a fault of the hotel, it is mentioned in the "important information", but it is still disappointing.
- No air-con in the room and it was hot so needed the windows open. There was a hotel delivery at 3am in the car park below and the noise kept us awake. Not a comfortable nights sleep.
