No there was nothing that I have come across to dislike about.

Clean Room, Good Food

Bathroom fitting; shower tap was unfriendly

Brand new sparkling, clean, very comfortable and quiet. Attached restaurant was delicious.

Rooms were clean and spacious

Room facilities were close to zero and no staff and room intercom was broken to contact the receptionist even.

Location was Perfect.Room was neat and clean.There is a restaurant at the ground floor which serves awesome veg food.Value for money.

Room Service could have been lil better.There was no menu to order food to the room though there is a option to order food to room.

Centre of the city. Very clean. Comfortable

Like I said the last time, I was there, the front office staff should learn how to smile. They all frown.Funny, the restaurant serves good food, but there is no Coffee/Tea served.

Clean room, well maintained.

No toilet paper. There was smell of tobacco smoke in the room.

The cleanliness

The parking is too tight... the lift from parking to the lobby & room is not working for nearly a year now... this was my 2nd stay still NOT working.... it is challenging for elderly like us to pull the luggage to the lobby from car for check-in... there is NO ramp / slope to pull the luggage to the lobby from the front gate.... steep steps is good for youngsters... not for elderly...

It was in a good location

For that money ,complimentary breakfast could be given.Restaurant opened very late .We didn't even get tea.please consider this next time.Staff was polite.

Clean and Spacious rooms

Restaurant could be more active and provide better service.

Room was large and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and also assisted in arranging trips to surrounding area. Restaurant served excellent breakfasts.

Complete lack of amenites in the room such as hairdryer toiletries

Very clean and neat hotel. Very co-operative staffs. Restaurants need some upgradtion of serving tasty sambar. Sambar was very poor. Overall good experience staying in phalguni.

Easy access to everry place

For this money, no breakfast , no kettle in the room. However service was good.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay close to the city centre. The vegetarian food is excellent and valuable for money..Rest all OK. Will visit again and will recommend it to my family members and friends. .

No kettle or tea bags, suggest in the room to keep a kettle and a few tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar, and milk

Clean, centrally located. Nice hot shower. Spacious room (we had a suite). Good value considering

Limited amenities in room - a single bar of soap, no toilet paper (presumably a mistake). Curtains are not block out, outside hotel lights made room quite light through the night. Restaurant has no western options for breakfast (not even toast). Does not accept international credit cards.

I liked the accommodation's flexibility, the attitude, and the effortless check-in and checkout. The restaurant was also an added advantage. I like the receptionist, who took the trouble to cancel my extra room booking without fuss.
