1. Food was clean and reasonably priced.2. The staff were very polite and helpful.3. The pool and jacuzzi were the highlights of the stay..

Some of the amenities were not up the mark 1. The rooms were small and the garden villa was very small2. Outdoor sports like mini golf were not usable.3. Gardenvilla is not cost effective for 4 adults , but is reasonable for 6 adults as it has 3 rooms.4. Buggy survice can me more promt.

We needed a total break and relaxation and the ORO Estates certainly delivered that. The hotel is so luxurious , it is in such calm, beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The pool was outstanding. Architecturally possibly one of the best I've ever been . This area also includes a jacuzzi and steam room , plus games area, where we played a wonderful game of Carrom. The views from the restaurant area are fantastic, the food is divine. The breakfasts were always varied and plentiful and absolutely delicious. The service in the restaurant was incomparable. It was superb. Nothing was too much to ask for. The bed in the room was so comfortable , the pillows were like marshmallows . What sets this hotel out from any that we have stayed in was the attentive nature of the staff. They are all so engaged in making your stay the very best it could possibly be and they have a genuine passion for their work. From the moment we arrived we felt cared for and relaxed. They simply and effortlessly made our stay unique and memorable. We used the wellness centre and were treated to some of the best massages we have ever had. The area is a haven for bird life we saw kingfisher, herons and even Scops owls . I'm so glad we found this hotel it is an oasis of calm .

Rooms too small. Basic amenities like hair dryer and hooks to hang clothes were missing in the rooms. Would have liked a mini fridge for the villa.

Rooms - we had booked garden villa . Booking.com and website said villa with 3 rooms. Even photos showed the same. After going there what we saw was 3 small rooms attached together with some plants. Rooms were so small and bathrooms were so gross.I don't know when was the last time they cleaned.it was stinking. It has shower head and and no handle.hot water came for few mins and then stopped. Rooms have zero ventilation. So if you are booking garden villa . BewareProperty lacked any facility. It has swimming and jacuzzi and game room . Which closes by 6 pm . That's it. Nothing else. You will be bored after thatFood seems decent. But the first day it took eternity to serviceOnly after complaining and complaining they improvedThey lack basic service. Lots thing to improve onFor the amount they charged ,facilities they provide it's basically nothingDecent 2 to 3 k rooms are much better. I avoid this Property at all costs. Not at all worth it

The restaurant was excellent. The room was spacious. The property is quite new and the facilities were top notch. They had indoor games, Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi. Everything was of top quality. Overall a pleasant and memorable experience

Some of the items are under construction. Like the Children play area was under construction but the staff hasn't informed about that to us so was a slight disappointment. Nevertheless we had enjoyed our stay

The Location

Breakfast is mostly Indian food which is considered heavy on the stomach and there is no variety.The water was cut off in the bathroom. I called the reception, but no one answered. Then the security officer answered and the water came back on after half an hour.

The jacuzzi and spa experience was amazing. The pool area is also very beautiful.

The buffet breakfast can be improved, it was not cooked properly and not served hot.
