Location. Parking on site. Room and bathroom very clean. Comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful
No toaster at breakfast.
Lovely hotel and lovely staff. The hotel is 2 mins walk from the centre, the market and a park. The hotel parking is limited but there's public under and over ground parking 3 mins walk away.
Unless you are super slim, don't stay in Room 11. The toilet is in a little alcove and you can't sit on it without burning your arm on the radiator one side or hitting the loo roll holder on the other. The bath is also shaped so only the very slim can fit in.Some coat hooks would be really useful.
Decent facilties. Elevator. Spacious room with airco, minibar and tea/coffee maker. Possibility to have a good breakfast (15 euros). The restaurant serves amazing food and the staff is super friendly.
Small bathroom, small parking lot.
The bedroom has a good size, very clean and is confortable. The location of the hotel is great and very central. Last but not least, it is a pet friedly hotelWe had a small emergency with our dog and they took care of everything. Amazing personal.

While the hotel looked sort of old fashioned from the street, I was pleasantly surprised at how exceptional the renovations have been carried out. It wasn't at all what I expected for the price as everything had been restored or renovated to a very high level of detail and care. Apparently the new owner has another hotel in town and has added this to his portfolio and good on him for taking the trouble to set a new benchmark in hotel luxury but at a price I had paid at other so-so hotels previously. The staff I met were super helpful, spoke good english and the breakfast was very good set in a large beautifully decorated dining room at street level. Bedroom was very comfortable and again decorated to high level of finish.
The hotel parking was very limited and easy to miss on the busy one way street. I ended up using on-street parking just because it was a saturday night and free on sunday as I had missed the entrance gates and it would have been a bit annoying to go round the one way system again. Not really the hotels fault but just pointing it out if you're arriving in Brive for the first time.
Location, free ev charging, courteous staff
The room was initially cold with a locked thermostat. When asked, the reception turned it up, but a slightly odd way of doing things. Breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was
Location is perfect. The room are spacious and good value for money. Staff were super friendly.
The heating system being locked
Lovely hotel, nice outdoor space, good design, wonderful stay
Our shower did not have any enclosure, so the whole bathroom was flooded
Great, accommodating staff. We enjoyed eating at their restaurant which is part of the hotel. Delicious food, wonderful service!
The young lady at the desk was a delight! She was professional, I made a complaint re parking and she appreciated that the advertised and the actual parking was different, and heard me. The accommodation was fine - no complaints. I do want to say that it was staff that made the place for me.
Booked it via Booking.com and wish Booking.com would actually check their "accounts" and how they list their properties. So many times they state "Free parking" and it turns out they mean street parking, most often with automats to pay, or the facility charges a separate parking fee from the guests. It is annoying and could so easily be avoided.
Location in the town centre, friendly staff, restaurant and bar if needed, underground carpark right near the hotel, great room, mini fridge.
Better view maybe!
Location great. The staff were attentive but relaxed a difficult combination to pull off.
The shower room had a lethally slippery floor and tended to flood the rest of the bathroom.
The room we had is fabulous, very large indeed and very comfortable bed
The bathroom is just that. A bath with a shower attachment. I think I did note that before booking, but a proper shower would be great
Charming building with modern amenities
It was raining and front yard was a puddle.
Location is perfect for walking around the centre. Breakfast was more than enough choices. No Catering on Sunday evening was offset by super evening drinks and meal at Au Bureau 5 mins away.
Location, Food
I location of the toilet roll holder, should be higher
Location, lovely room, parking, great breakfast
Bathroom was very small particularly the position of the toilet. Light sensor outside bathroom was annoying during the night
